THE GRAVE OF SIR ROGER CASEMENT!
Roger Casement was a human rights activist and Irish nationalist born on September 1, 1864.
Casement was executed for his role in the Easter Rising of 1916. He was arrested by British authorities, tried for treason, and hanged on August 3, 1916. When his remains were returned to Ireland in 1965, he was given a state funeral with full honours and found his final resting place at Glasnevin Cemetery in Dublin.
