You are definitely one of the best fighters and mcoc youtubers out there but can I still give you a piece of advice? If an opponent's L1 is the one that always clips me and if I am not really comfortable with their L1, try to stop hitting just before your opponent reaches their L1, then start a full 5 hit combo (finish off the combo with a medium attack) and then use your special. In cases like these, as with Maestro it will help you push him to L2 that is easier to evade than his L1. At least it is worth a try.

Richard Kerr it’s not that it requires lots of money spent to beat.. it more so relies on timing everything correctly and unlocking the right masteries for your champions .. I mean if you have parry and dexterity you can beat almost anybody without being too high level

You have to remember that this game is somewhat focused on paying players. While you can be FTP and still be better than most pay to win players, you have to be on a huge grind for a year atleast, and spend most of your free time on the game. This is why Marvel Future fight is a better game for FTP players, because you can get tier 2 maxed heroes without paying a cent at all, and you can do it much easier than MCOC. You can pay to get Crystals so you can get better uniforms, but Netmarble does so many events with free crystals its not even a grind.
