how did these videos change your view? It’s still absolutely horrible for the environment and only an illusion of actually being able to see a new city and it’s culture.

Loved the series, Grace. It made me miss my mum. We go on little trips a lot and get on as easily as you and your mum seem to, but I’ve been very far away from her and home for a while now. Roll on your Christmas vlogs!

I enjoyed this series very much, thank you for taking us along. I can't go on a cruise at the moment but I am going to make a cup of tea, put on a sweater ("jumper") and sit on the deck and read a book. It's probably almost as good and much cheaper! 🙃

The big ship at the end was refuelling your ship for its next leg! If you liked this cruise I’d highly suggest celebrity cruises! Very similar looking 😊

I went on my first cruise in September. It was a Caribbean cruise, a big family thing. And they for some reason decided to book it right in the middle of hurricane season. And Hurricane Lee made his appearance. 🤣 So instead of going to the island that were planned the cruise ended up going to Mexico and Honduras. It was actually way better than the original places and I had the best time. Wish there was a library on the boat though.

Loved this series Grace!! I also went on my first ever cruise last year so it was great to see your experience and bear your thoughts! I went to Bruges too so it was fun recognising the places I went when you were walking around :) I also want to go back to Bruges, never enough time during a cruise drop off 🤣

I can’t believe you were in Bruges!! Please come back to Belgium and spend longer 🙏🏼 I’d also highly recommend visiting Ghent and Antwerp 😊 both beautiful cities with lots of cultural things to do and plenty of good restaurants too ;)

It's 2023 there has to be! Also the menu was huge but if you were eating at the same place every day you would probably get sick of the same 2 vegan options 😅

there is loads of vegan options at the buffets and on the menu a vege and vegan option always

I got to visit Bruges a few years ago and it truly is fairytale Europe. It along with Kinderdijk are the two most beautiful places in western Europe that I visited. What a lovely place to live!

My parents have been living there since 2019 so I’ve spent every summer in Bruges since then :)

I absolutely love cruising! P&O and celebrity our my favourite cruise lines x

I would love a proper breakdown of how much everything is and what was included!

Loved seeing your perspective! Bruges is lovely. Are the excursions worth the money or would you just wander yourself next time? How much do they cost?

Grace you have to do a Center Parcs break! It's so peaceful there but also loads of activities. And the subtropical swimming paradise is bliss and so much fun. We got to Elveden because it's closest for us and I'm chronically ill, but I'm sure all of them are good

We went to Bruges over 10 years now, in June, and all I could think of was how beautiful it would be at Christmas time! Did you see any anatomical chocolates that made you giggle? Lol

That was a sad little bit of chips that came with the steak 😅

Depends on the type of massage! More traditional Western style massages you can definitely leave your underwear on! I’ve been to a few Chinese and Thai massage centers where I chose to leave my underwear on and they were surprised because it’s customary to not to do that. Ultimately, go with what you’re comfortable with so that you get the most of the experience for you.

The waffle you had is a Liege waffle. Most Belgians prefer it over the Brussels waffles 😊
