I love the work of Danny Boyle, because he doesn't half arse his productions. He puts his heart and soul into his movies.

Plus, each of his films is different.
One of the most underrated filmmaker of our time. The man deserves more credit!!
Danny Boyle is one of my favourite directors. His movies are vivid, dynamic, explosive, colorful and vibrant. He is a master of his art and, in my opinion, a true genius. Thank you so much for this fantastic video. A Guillermo del Toro one would be awesome as well.

He is the best.
The Beach is definitely my favorite film of Danny Boyle followed by Slumdog Millionaire and 127 hours.
Impeccable music choices.
I literally watched, and loved, Sunshine for the first time yesterday. This is awesome.
9 great films one great director
Great job and great choice of director. Keep it up!
awesome job as usual man.
This is one of the most beautiful things I've seen in a very long time!!
My favorite part about danny boyles films is that he takes everyday chaos and turns it into something beautiful. I got that from this video
Wes Anderson, David Lynch, Tarantino... Oh man, the list goes on e on. Incredible work, thanks a lot!
This is so BEAUTIFUL!!!
Wow this is amazing! Amazing job Mr. Kees van Dijkhuizen jr.!
This is just GREAT!! Thanks!!
Kees, I just want to let you know that you are my inspiration for making videos on youtube and I have yet to find any editor who surpasses your work here. You are a true inspiration and thank you so much!
very well put together
these videos are so good and made so well
Fantastic work as always man!
perfect soundtrack
This video is my addiction! Awesome!
Remarcable job, as usual. You really know how to tell a story with images and music, not much dialogue needed. Already waiting for the nex one!
i adore Sunshine, excellent movie
great vid. and danny is one of my favs.
Lovely video, [the films of] is defintely a series I look forward to. Keep them coming.
The Beach is possibly the most underated film ever. Sure, its not his best film and not the best film ever. But its so interesting and so well directed and well acted it makes it great.
@keesvdijkhuizen Oh man, FINCHER. Can't wait for it! I always look forward to your videos.
this is an extremely well-made tribute. well done.
I love the beach one of my favorite movies
I wonder why Millions (2004) is never talked about in any discussion on Danny Boyle despite it's massive acclaim when it came out! Besides Sunshine which also underrated, I feel more people should talk about!

I agree. Millions was great. What a beautiful film. And Sunshine for me could have been the next 2001 a space odyssey
127 hours or Sunshine for me
para mi de los mejores directores !"!!!!!!!!!!! ufffffffff
Love the music on this montage. :D
it blew my mind
I love it, great work! :)
Love Danny Boyle work!!!
Dude I love your videos!
the scene fixing the heat shields in Sunshine and the first time you see the beach in ugh "The Beach" are fucking awesome...Boyle knows his shit
Great work!
This great filmmaker Danny Boyle has the uncommon mixture of beauty and funk. It is seen in all of his film to some extent, but, most notably 27 Hours (200?), and, in the running video game scene of The Beach (1999?). If he were to reign in a molecule of that funk element and trade it for some adrenaline and a share the coolness bank, he would certainly be another Da Vinci (how dare google spell check try to label the right spelling of Da Vinci as iincorrect).
wow i never comment but your videos are edited really good you are making me watch all these movies no joke
Damn, every time you take a movie into a video, it became simply wonderful. Great job, again.
Great tribute. My favorite Danny Boyle film is 'Shallow Grave'. Very underrated.
Even though I expected something awesome you managed it to surprise me. This is super mega extraordinary. Loved how you used Porcelain! The Beach, my favorite!
These tributes should be longer
I've been following these videos since you started but I have to admit I'm extremely excited to see what you do with David Fincher seeing as he's one of my favorite directors working right now.
I have given a few recomendations, but i did forget to mention Wes Anderson who i think deffinetly deserves this kind of excellent treatment!
Haven't seen all his films, but I absolutely looove 28 Days Later and Sunshine.

You have to watch his other films. Believe me you are missing out on a few treats.
Sunshine is so underrated. amazing film.
i really liked it
You should do more often videos like this. I swear than I get very excited with each one of this playlist´s videos and I almost cry with the Tim Burton´s, Guy Ritchie´s and David Fincher´s videos
Good stuff, The Beach is my fav film from him
nice music of 127 hours and slumdog m
Oh man Sunshine with Adagio in D Minor is always so haunting of a movie
great video
Trance is awesome, another great movie from him
Finally...:)
Can't wait for Trance!
I favorited this video after seeing the first 8 seconds. Just wanted you to know, Mr. Kees.
Geveldige Video's
YESSS
Great job! Like always :) Regards from Poland (-;
Hey Kees, I'm an editor myself and your age also, and I just gotta say that your videos have inspired me to create a lot of new things. And this video is just amazing with the songs you picked, that's a ridiculously good taste in music! Great editing! I love [the films of] series too! I hope we get to see one of Darren Aronofsky!
28 Days Later is his best.
It is a face, Cillian Murphy's face. It's from a scene of 28 Days Later, where he's looking the desolate London at twilight.
@keesvdijkhuizen Thank you! Looking forward to Spielberg tonight! :)
i couldnt agree more, you should totally do a christopher nolan one!
28 days later was great... but i´m still waiting for 28 months later :D
I love you.
I like ti sooooo much!
Where is the David Fincher one? I could not find it?

No
@uprightking That is a guy (forgot his name) in 28 days later that isn't in it for very long. If I remember correctly that shot pans up and it shows him better.
if I belong to one of these movies
MAKE A DAVID LYNCH ONE! THAT WOULD BE SO AMAZING :D
@drunkcow7 It's called "Sunshine", which I would HIGHLY recommend. Great video, by the way. Looking forward to the next [the films of] installment =]
0:36 is my favorite part of the entire video. :)
I believe sunshine is one of these movies, that are treated the wrong way. I loved watching sunsh on cinema!
Of his films I have seen, I liked 28 Days Later and Trainspotting much more than Slumdog Millionaire, even thought that one won all the Oscars.
@xXxyolatengoxXx Thank you so much!!!!!
millions :)
:) 10/10
yeah, i can see you're gonna do fincher next butttt... you should TOTALLY do aronofsky. :p love him. and... i'm not sure how you get your clips, but maybe you could do some classics like hitchcock or kubrick? these vids are super amazing! :)
Where is Vacuuming Completely Nude in Paradise? Timothy Spall's greatest performance, man!
Awesome! well, i like the scene you pick from 127 hour in the end, but is it too yellow compaired others?
how long does it take you to put these masterpieces together?
his best two movies (i think were) was trainspotting and 28 days later, but thats just me
@Sparkski Agreed.
if he makes enough films, i would love to see a JJ Abrams one
Hey man.. You're the King of Editing. I really need scorsese's man... Will yo??
i am surprised at how many danny boyle films i have seen, but then again...im not.
Do Ingmar Bergman or Akira Kurosawa! Kurosawa would be amazing! Fantastic work!
if you ever do a video for Ridley Scott, might I recommend the song In Caelum Fero by Karl Jenkins? Seems fitting, primarily for his epic films.
a spike jonze one would be awsome!!!!! But i don't think there would be enough footage to make a "the films of"
thumbs up if you've seen them all!
@ThePoloMusic Porcelain- Moby
Capa
wow, nice career, the olympics was the cherry on the cake ^^
The only Dany Boyle movie I like is 127 hours and only because James Franco is great in it. I have the feeling that Boyle cares more about the music & effects rather than lets say cinematography. but your video is amazing xD keep it up :) you couldn't make a video with Gus Van Sant's movies , could u?
@lucioforzanapoli i think it's music from the beach
Please direct Catching Fire!!
