so I just got to my computer to see how this vids doing and alot of ppl commenting about how I said Nicki is struggling to sell out tours around the 22 minute mark. It was referring to how in feb. 2024, Ticketmaster was discounting Pink Friday 2 tour tickets by 50% while also giving out $10 off coupons" So yeah.. it sold out. but it seems she had to do deals. idk... yall won. im prob wrong

Less than a minute in you claim male rappers didn't accept them as they were so they pitted them against each other. No male let alone a rapper accepts them because they dont rap about anything relatable. Every song is about 304 behavior hence why nobody listens.

When was the last time a male rapper who wasn't someone like drake/21 savage/future had a hit song/album? Yeat came and left with his album. Idk any other "new" male rapper of recent times who's even made any real noise. Also, apparently even 21 savage is struggling to sell out his upcoming tour, last time i saw it was only 50% sold across all venues lol. So it seems like its just a rap issue in general

Her first album, pink Friday, which was critically acclaimed as likely opened the door for every female rapper rapping today, she didn’t mention any sexual bar ONCE. I mean Jay-Z wrote "Still D.R.E" and to this day nobody has accused Dre of nothing. 50Cent wrote stuff for The Game, and they all made good money out of it. This social media validation of "authenticity" is making skilled rappers to miss out on good lyrics to rap about, and killing careers for essentially virtue signalling

What struggle is nicki having when she is selling out and is even consider to do an arena tour when she finish the official one, all this is happening because of men and company, always putting women against each other and company wanting so bad to have another nicki minaj that they keep fabricating the same robot of her without soul each time and fail, the one one who i see had her own personality is doja but she her self is so destructive is pitiful to watch.

Your abt to drag out the lil Kim fans w/ this one and you might've alr😭😭 I feel like overtime tho whether she waa influenced *heavily* by Kim or not the industry still tries to use "the nicki formula" in a type of way. Whether it's to be the next her taking her down, just use her, work w/ her, whatever. Ntm going back to the kim influence, she just hasn't pushed, paraded, and lasted overall w/ passing modern times. Whether it was "jail" and any other "minor" setback or not, whether she still has a "core base" 👀 (I can respect kims legacy but that core base aint core basing, that career is no longer careering) or not. Also when you say "she the best yet, it's not close" your saying nobody else made it close...?

Nobody is doing it like her. Nicki and struggling could never be in the same sentence when talking about rap. She is the queen. Undisputed. Idk if that was rage bait or not but it sure as hell irked me lmaoo

@@SuperKillerdog Female rap today doesn’t care about substance. It’s about sex appeal and being commercially marketable. Nicki Minaj is probably not going to be rapping in her deep 40s is what you said but Kanye West, who's 46, released his album Feb. 9th and is on number 41 at Billboard 200 while Nicki & Pink Friday 2 (released Dec. 18th) are no.38. I think, female rappers need either eachother, or a “ops attract” kind of thing. A good example of this is not my fault by Renee rap ft Megan thee stallion. It’s not a bad song and it’s fun to sing. Rich baby daddy was a good song because of sza’s verse with her R/B flavor, sexyy red and her controversial lyrics, and drake with his beats. Female rappers can only go somewhere if they help eachother reach the top rather than breaking eachother down to get a second of fame. The passion isn’t there anymore and that’s the thing we miss.
