“Oh Sacrament most holy oh Sacrament Divine, All praise and all thanksgiving Be every moment Thine” Thank you, Father Anthony for this fabulous and reverent talk on the origin of the Feast of Corpus Christi. It was a wonderful follow up to last Wednesday’s Living Divine Mercy show on the Eucharistic Miracles. I enjoyed hearing the “basics” like Transubstantiation, and the necessity of belief in the REAL PRESENCE of Jesus in the Holy Eucharist. I especially enjoyed your story of the Eucharistic miracle in Orvieto. I had never heard that one before. That was a really spectacular display of evidence of the real body and blood in the Blessed Sacrament. I commented the other day, and it’s worth repeating this topic of Eucharistic miracles never get old. Thank you for giving us a reality check of how we must approach the Holy Eucharist when we receive at Mass. God bless you Father Anthony. Praise God that your voice endured for the whole talk, and even allowed you to sing a hymn when you exposed the Blessed Sacrament.

Fr. Anthony, thank you for being a good storyteller by helping us understand the origin and history on the Feast of Corpus Christi which we’re going to celebrate tomorrow. Your question: “ If Jesus would appear to you, what would you do?” Allow me to share something that happened this morning. I was deeply inspired at the thought that Jesus is waiting for us in the church to give His Body and Blood in Holy Communion. I took the holy inspiration seriously and without hesitation, I was in a hurry to attend the Holy Mass at 9 Am in our parish which was followed by an adoration. Indeed, it’s a great joy to receive and to spend time with Jesus! And keeping your words in mind, “ The Eucharist is the great mystery of faith.” Thank you, God bless you and prayers for you specially for your good health. Hope to see you again in the future and have another photo before the huge statue of Jesus Divine Mercy in the garden with my 2 friends from Belgium. The photo was taken on May 19, 2023 our last day at the National Shrine of the Divine Mercy. We plan to come back, God willing.

@@alwaysmisskaryn Yes, Karyn, we have great desire to come back and continually thank Jesus Divine Mercy for my miraculous healing of my chronic pains the moment we reached the step at the National Shrine of the Divine Mercy. Also Brother Elliott prayed for me before the altar, Blessed Sacrament, etc. when I told him that I came to the Shrine to thank Jesus on my 75th birthday. About the photos with Fr. Anthony and Bro Elliott, I’m going to forward it now in the Messenger. Thank you, God loves you.

Our St. Mary’s Church here in Saint Clair Michigan, saw Jesus at the Altar on top of the priest ( Father Michael ) during Holy Communion earlier this year. The first one he looks like with the crown of thorns, the second one he was looking straight at me, his eyes wide open. At first i felt my heart was like in a sharp pain…then after that i saw Our Lord Jesus…

I, nor any of my friends, nor any of my church families, nor my huge blood family have EVER been polled for this question. Im behind, I just saw this video was posted,I love Chris Alar & The Marian Fathers. My church diocese is in St. Petersburg, FL., but my church is in Temple Terrace FL., its name is Corpus Christi, so I've always known that Latin, part,, lol, but because of Father Alar, I have been praying the roseray every day for almost a year now, and because of Dr. Taylor Marshall(I dont think Dr. Marshall is a Marian Father) I have been learning to pray the roseray in Latin. Thank you Father Anthony for your knowledge and Thank you for what you do Marian Fathers!!!

Is Fr. Chris not teaching Explaining the Faith anymore? Sorry, but I really miss him. His talks and homilies played a huge part in keeping me in the Church, as well as growing in the Faith during the Pandemic. I miss him SO much. Where is he? What is he doing now?

Fr. Anthony… I agree, I prefer to kneel and receive Jesus on the tongue. BUT…. I have been wondering about God’s instruction for the Passover meal to be eaten while standing. I wonder if seen in this light that standing would be reverently appropriate too (?)

Perhaps it's time for me to let go of National Shrine of Divine Mercy, as far as listening to Saturday teachings and homilies? What about First Fridays and First Saturdays Devotion? Is Fr. Chris NOT going to lead those anymore? Guess I must forget those as well, although I am a member of the Marian Lay Confraternity of Immaculate Conception and don't have any support. How can I promote it when there's no one out here to give guidance. PLEASE advise. Thanks.

Oh goodness! We belong to the church because we love Jesus and his faith and his church and we listen to homilies and talks and sermons to be closer to Jesus. Please stay open to other servants of God to bring us closer to him.
