I watched this documentary called Ted Lasso, where Pep said coaching is about making the players the best version of themselves - both on and off the field.

@@thuo1000 the actual quote is "Don’t worry about wins and losses just help these guys be the best version of themselves on and off the pitch. This, at the end, is the most important thing.” No way is this something Pep believes.
Pep and England together will be incredible. Pep can bring it home, we know it.
Pep makes it sound so simple being a level football Manager, The best managers always make it look simple because of the amount of work behind the scenes and on the training field
My goodness Rog you never disappoint. This is by far the best insider football channel. Thank you !
Hearing him speak shows his quality as a man and as a coach. He really has a "magic".
40 odd years ago when I opted to support City I had no idea how blessed I would feel now having gone through some very painful moments. Pep is a huge part of that and is a great example to anyone who loves Football.
Greatest coach by far and such a humble human being.
What a legend Pep is! Man City and Pep, it was meant to be💙
Never stop bringing us the most entertaining show in football, Rog!
8:01 THAT KISS. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Now it’s understood why it’s important to chop and change your roster to keep your ideology fresh even if you keep some of the players who’ve been there as long as he has but to switch it around helps keep the players on their toes or even them just helping the newcomers with the ideology and process of learning the system keeps them learning new things within the system.
Pep is the greatest of all couch . Approve by gettting treble winner.Believe he can achieve more trophies than other expect. It is lucky to play under guardiola for citizens

How can an Everton fan get to interview Man City's Pep & ask such interlect and compelling questions.
Thank you Pep. 🙏🏼 👕🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
This is probably the most realistic thing in world football, cut out all the fanfare and money, this is an insight on how the "brain" it works with the "heart". Quite Human, Quite down to earth, I'll use this to build some parts of my life! Thanks 🙏🏽
Even though Pep has made my life hell as a United fan, both with Barca (in UCL Finals) & with City, he’s an absolute legend. As I get into coaching football myself, it’s difficult to not listen to his words. Such wisdom. He’s one of the best ever. Up there with Sir Alex, Cruyff & a few others.

For John - With your [unusual] body type, do you feel you have to work harder to gain respect at the highest levels of the game, or do performance and results just speak for themselves? To what do you attribute the good results of the last few years of the Scotland national team?

What a legend! This is why we love you Pep! Please stay with City and retire here, or at least until Barca can get itself together again.
He created his success in his mind. He's a critical thinker
If i had a super power i would keep him with us forever
Love da coat.
Ask John choose either winning the prem.with Villa or the World Cup with Scotland?
Most excellent this, then you get the drivel our national press and media ask in the press conferences and write in the papers. Doff of the hat to you sir.
For me he s the goat, what he has achieved in every country is out of this world and the absolute God of leagues winning almost of them apart from 4. Legend
That sounds like a plan. Have Pep coach the English National Team

Did pep say all he needs is a bottle of whine to give a debut? Cause i need my debut 😂🤣
One of the best Coach/Manager of the Prem era, he’s had by far the best players available at an endless pot of money, but I’d love it if he did actually go to an Everton/Palace and do it there eventually that would cement his spot as an Amazing coach
