The FBI & ATF Siege of Ruby Ridge...

Ойын-сауық

Ruby Ridge was the site of a ten day siege in 1992 in Boundary County, Idaho. It began on August 21st, when deputies of the United States Marshals Service initiated action to apprehend and arrest Randy Weaver under a bench warrant after his failure to appear to court.
The event sparked national media attention.. but it wasn't until after the fact that the truth surrounding the events came to light.

And the charge was bullshit entrapment anyway. The feds provoked this entire event and then murdered an unarmed American mother who was holding her baby, and initiated a firefight with a 14 year old who they shot and killed, after shooting his dog. Perhaps the homes of the feds involved should have been surrounded by armed men demanding justice.

Here’s a fact you probably didn’t know. The sniper who killed Vicki Weever, Lon Horiuchi, later went to Waco where he also “accidentally” sniped a kid in the compound. The FBI worked hard to deny their snipers engaged, despite three spent shell casings being recovered at Lon’s position as well as another fbi member testifying that he heard Lon fire rounds into the house. Lon never faced any punishment for any of the murders, but instead was paraded as a hero and went on to be promoted to a program manager in the FBI

I'd say they deserved OKC but there were no agents in their offices at 9am on a Tuesday they knew what was coming and let it happen so they could use it as a cudgel against their critics Clinton said if it wasn't for blaming OKC bombing on his opponents he wouldn't have been re elected.

In both Ruby Ridge and Waco, it is incredibly clear that the Federal Agencies involved walked into both situations wanting a fight, with negotiations, non-violent, or less lethal options being secondary to violence or ignored outright. It honestly baffles me that there aren't more agents or family members of agents decrying the leadership of the FBI, ATF, and Marshalls for so callously and carelessly throwing away the lives of those agents when peaceful options existed that would've resolved the situation without casualties. This is why the ATF and FBI are so keen on labeling common citizens as felons and domestic terrorists: it's not about throwing people in jail, it's about creating more Wacos and Ruby Ridges.

Oh and they're still creating them. They're just usually sneakier about it now. Everyone ignored the FBI when they admitted they knew about the Buffalo shooter earlier this year and they claimed "we didn't have enough evidence". They had his fuckin discord logs of him planning the shooting and he even made an attempt a few months earlier but decided against it because there weren't enough people at the store. If they knew about that kid then how many more did they know about? They have every incentive to groom that behavior so they can swoop in and save the day like it's Ruby Ridge. Gotta make sure to give them a kitted AR15 and body armor so you can get the maximum effect out of your new gun control legislation. They do them in sets, too. Always in time for election season. I'm sure not all of them are groomed. Some are just bonuses. But it's fucking obvious at this point that it's being encouraged. Nobody ever talks about the mental health aspect of it and it doesn't help that they're always made famous by the media.

When FBI Director Louis Freeh got word of that, he said that it was the "dumbest thing I've ever heard." The Subcommittee for Terrorism also found that the FBI agents violated constitutional rights by not disclosing they were law enforcement prior to opening fire even though they had multiple opportunities to do so. And an FBI agent was sentenced to 18 months in prison for destroying internal documents criticizing the agency's handling of the whole event. I had to write an essay about how the events of Ruby Ridge, Waco, and the OKC bombing were the catalysts for America's modern militia and how the federal agencies played a large part in that with their mishandling of those 3 events. @@tacticalmattfoley I remember going to a gun show in Wichita Falls, Texas with my dad after the OKC bombing. Someone had a stall selling VHS tapes positing various government conspiracies. My dad was a typical boomer Republican that despised the Clintons since Bill had become president, and he already had a Whitewater scandal video they were selling. We started talking, and they spoke about how the OKC bombing was orchestrated by the FBI, and that the Murrah Federal Building wasn't destroyed by the U-Haul fertilizer bomb, but by bombs planted inside the building. It turns out they were right, the Feds have been constructing a domestic terrorist narrative for decades, and are even involved in many of the frequent mass shooting events that come through our screens every few months it seems.

Am I missing something? So essentially the family were like “we don’t like the government so we’re going to go live away from them and live our life” and in response the government sets him up for a crime their informant persuaded him to commit and then shot his son and wife dead because he didn’t show up to court…? What? Some in the replies seem to think I’m somehow defending the government or something because I said I wouldn’t have my kids around a white supremacy group… just because I don’t think he should’ve done that doesn’t mean I suddenly believe he deserved what the government did to him. What they did was wrong in every way and I can’t even believe I have to clarify that.

Yes you are missing something, its worse than he's said here because its a short mini doc. They changed the court date and didn't tell him. Also it took 2 years for the undercover ATF agent to convince randy to saw off the shotgun. And the ATF that killed his son did so after throwing rocks at the weaver's dogs until they ran into the woods so they could kill them. Oh and this is also the same ATF team that did the waco massacre a few years later.

As an Idaho citizen. This is felt throughout the community still and our trust in our local government is forever damaged. The government negligence unfortunately around here is more than ever. In my little town a cop killed his wife and I had to serve him and treat him like a normal person in our restaurant. Everyone knows who he is and he is so protected by his friends in our local government he’s untouchable. I ain’t allowed to call him in for walking over to the gas station buying beer. Then walking back over to our restaurant and drank his beers with some poor new woman and proceeded to drive away. Disgusting. The problem with our state being mostly small towns the corruption is the way of life. It’s baked in. I grew up around a ton of scum. According to them though I’m probably scum. The man bought 20 acres out in the middle of nowhere to get away from everyone & was self sufficient but the government couldn’t leave him alone. Randy was highly trained to dish out some serious damage and maybe he should have.

I love how the information you privide in this video doesn't highlight all of the wrongdoings by the federal agencies. You did this with your Waco video as well and it feels like you are actively ignoring the horrendous acts done by by members of law enforcement and federal agencies.

I agree with you but it probably doesn't help that we still label Federal agents as "Law enforcement" Those guys are not Police officers, they're the governments personal protection force.

The more I think about such cases the more I realize that as much as I just want to go into a rural area, buy some propriety, build a homestead with everything I need from a workshop to chapel and a home gym, maybe start a family and live the rest of my days in what can be summarized as taking care of myself and whatever family I build and spend my time hunting, fishing, lifting and studying all day…as much as I just want to do that? They won’t let me just live, they just can’t let me or anyone who just wants to be left alone JUST BE HAPPY WITHOUT BOTHERING ANYONE.

The best part is that the shotguns would fall under entrapment. The ATF officer convinced him not only to commit a crime he otherwise did not plan to commit, but specifically instructed him where to cut to ensure it was a federal offense. They weren't inept, the nungled the court trial because they knew they had nothing on him.
