Want to know something sadly interesting. They actually lied about how he passed away. He actually passed away from liver problems due to his juicing diet. Apparently he had these problems for a long time and kept it hidden. Either that or he was told to keep it hidden because it would be bad for his brand’s reputation if it got out that this diet would in fact cause serious medical issues. I do kinda feel bad for him, but you have to admit that this was one step close to becoming a snake oil industry.

As ridiculous as it may seem, there is truth to this juicing thing. My mother actually was diagnosed with cancer in her jaw area and she cured it and is now cancer free. Not because of a pure fruit and vegetable juice diet but through changing her eating habits and cutting out junk food, processed sugar and gluten as much as possible. Juice is extremely healthy and easy for your body to absorb all the nutrients of. So don't laugh, diet and lifestyle will change you for better or for worse. For all of your sakes, all you who are reading, don't pass up your fruits and vegetables, try making a nice homecooked mean rather than go out to the local Mcdonalds. It's cheaper too in the long run. Fast food is getting more expensive these days, and health care wasn't very affordable in the first place.
