It cost when you waste the judges time. I plan to tell a fairly quick summary of events over time. My ex had a stolen dawdled off shotgun because criminals in her neighborhood where harassing them.. criminal then criminal now And provide the documentation and require she produce all of the health financial statements. Not the diagnosis, not regarding my daughter but regarding child support

'Honour your father and mother' If children are leaving court unable to honour both parents then the court has failed.

They act quick for child support but act slow and even start to separate you legally from your children in custody court... Its all messed up needs a huge reform...

Caffacss ha ha just rinsing the system- they are paid very well. They too are major part of this elaborate corruption

As a litigant in person my experiences with court or judges chamber appearances were the wide inconsistency and attitude shown between individual judges. Is was obvious that certain judges loath dealing with litigants in person and would offer little help despite it being an entitlement. This is a basic problem and until it is resolved the family court system will remain deficient in the eyes of the public.

I don't know what planet you come from.This mess is not a Court it a joke to fool the public and destroy families for profit.A court would not accept lies under oath as evidence.A proper Court would charge you for ling to the Judge under oath it call perjury did you ever heard that on your Planet????

The system is against you so in some ways you could actually become friend the judge and use reverse phyciology

@@dr_corrupt1014 If the judge has kids themeselves which alot don't then you may be lucky however ou have to relise judges make money from peole going whihc is one of the reasons why the judge wont enforce orders to make mum play ball. The more she doesntlay ball the more the man spends in $$$
