Get to know the origin, fall, and current standing of the Destiny 2 faction-the Fallen. With intentions to focus on the foundation of the species of Destiny. Since they are one of the primary sources of conflict and gameplay, knowing who they are and their motives is essential.

The animation was perfect and sets you above others when it comes to making lore about Destiny, having a visual medium really makes you understand so much better than just audio. Great animation as well really felt on par with their ink blot style in-game.

The Eliksni are one of the coolest races in science fiction imo. Also, this video is excellent, the narration and the art are superb

I loved your summary of the Fallen’s history. Especially how you described Mithraks’ leadership of choosing diplomacy and peace in an alliance with the Last City. Really hits home how the future generations of House Light are the seeds of a trusted peace with the City, especially after so many centuries of bloodshed between them. Splicer has to be my favorite season so far. The plot point of the writers for a “monster” like Saint to come to forgive and accept the Elksni is the emotional storytelling I hope Bungie continues. Hope to see you’re work in further collaborations with other lore-enthusiasts.

Absolutely love the potential this has. I would note that some of the pacing in speaking leaves punctuation in question, in a way that makes it kind of hard to follow one sentence ending and another beginning. It might just be something that comes with a bit of time, but it might benefit to look at pauses and spacing a little more in the speech itself to help that just a little bit. Inflection kind of follows the same little bit of a problem for me, inflection in sentences sometimes comes at a place that puts weight in a sentence where it shouldn't be. There's so much potential here, I can only imagine the amount of work going into even just the animation.

What if there was another video game, where you get to play as an eliksni. You start out the game as the one that fought off oryx during the whirlwind, which I think would be sick. Then after death, you play as another eliksni, maybe right after as someone we don’t know, or maybe like miisraks in the present time. It would be really cool imo

Absolutely loved the voice over and artstyle like holy hell I wish this was in the game for New Lights One thing I will say I wish the audio was just slightly higher, could be a me problem but on my computer I had to turn it up to max volume to hear it comfortably

Beautiful work, looking forward to seeing you grow as a creator and storyteller! I'm researching animation techniques for my own channel (not related to Destiny). How did you create this? I'm guessing you created the artwork for each shot as a layered image in Photoshop (or Illustrator in some cases), then imported that into After Effects to do the "ink splatter" transitions and other animation/keyframes of each layer or element. Is that right? How much time (start to finish) did this take you?

This was awesome and I think everyone would love to see you do more. Explained the segment of the current story to me better than the game has. Would recommend partnering up with someone that can narrate it better, like a voice actor or well known streamer or something. It was written perfectly, just it's clear English is not your first language. It was good enough though don't be self conscious. I imagine this took a long time but this is going to be right up a lot of people's alley - condensed versions of the lore we've always wanted to know and not have to sit through long stuff

Being tense and overdoing the editing could be the reason, but I will spend more time with the voice work and polish it for the next lore video.

Honestly extremely impressive animation work. This could surely be mistaken for a genuine in-game cutscene, and I love that. As a side note, I am working on a small project of building a magic the gathering destiny 2 themed set. So playing cards with destiny 2 flavored mechanics and artwork. There's no money involved in it and it's only planned to be used among friends, would it be possible to use artwork from this video, with credit?

there is still no sign of their Lore feats going as far as M31 though for example. or to that other similarly neighboring one, etc. both Golden Age races' technological levels were advanced. Humanity and GA Eliksni. just differently done. let us Not have Majority out there kept assuming 'oh GA Humanity is so LeSS advanced (mostly focusing on a single home star System and already *they* Forgetting about M31, the Cocytus Gates, that one Lore feat mention at that one Venusian archive section, 'nearby' places like Ross, even through that disturbing Europan Vex Gate, etc) than the good Eliksni (for some reason some of those people easily remembering that mention of GA Eliksni having 'multiple star Systems' kind of governance, rather than also wanting to similarly remembering GA Humanity's)', or something. [Sighed still remembering to this Days the gruel] *(**00:56**).*

You will surpass Myelin and Byf if you keep this up.
