THE FALL OF DEONTAY WILDER - WAS HE A HYPEJOB?
Ойын-сауық
Was Deontay Wilder a hype job? A question for the ages. Some say Wilder could beat Muhammad Ali, others say he would be knocked out by Nick Ball? How about Hamzah Sheeraz? hm interesting, yes yes, very interesting. Tyson Fury as we know destroyed Wilder, but how would a fight against Anthony Joshua have gone down? A fight against Daniel Dubois? Maybe even Oleksander Usyk. Time will tell, and it won't. It won't let's be honest

He was always a hype job just look at who he was fighting since he was gifted a belt.

Shut up boy, he was one of the best 20HW of all time. You are a keyboard warrior. What's someone like you supposed to say? Statistics say it all
Guy had like 20 amateur fights and won olympic medal in one of the thoughest weightclasses. He is a legend, no matter what.

You are a dunce,
He was overhyped to help fury. Nothing more.
The two of them are hype job
The words used are not proper. Hype is something that comes along and passes quickly. He did more than just being something that exists due to "hype." Washed up is more appropriate. Something that once was adequate, now, due to war attrition no longer is capable of producing as it once did.
It can’t be AJs fault Wilder and his team didn’t take the 150 Mill from DAZN

Ducked them but has a far superior resume …wilder got hammered off Parker .. Joshua beat him . Joshua lost twice too usyk , fury lost also .. fury struggled against wallin & Ngannou whereas Joshua sparked them both out … in my opinion aj wipes the floor with any version of wilder
Everyone was saying oh wilder is the hardest puncher in the game he'll beat this guy that guy nobody can take his punch pffffff he skinny af he knocked out more journeymen than anyone else to get the highest knock out ratio that doesn't mean hes the hardest puncher, wilder and fury are hype jobs jusr waiting to be exposed
Wilder V Joshua , still would be an interesting fight .....Two hype jobs ....
. The fury fights were absolute wars and styles made those great fights as you said . I think wilder was exactly what I always saw he was . A B level fighter with really good power against guys that he could land that shot on . As soon as he couldn’t find that shot or it wasn’t having the same effect , he falls apart. That right hand is a double edged sword . In his mind he would always find a way to find that right hand . When the day came that the right hand wasn’t there for him . He was done . No other tools

Wlad / AJ surpasses all 3 Wilder Fury fights
Yes.
Fury and Wilder on the same level is crazy
Both fury and wilder were over hyped to shade and put AJ down, both of them are hype jobs, wilder do not have one good win in nearly 50 fights the man is the biggest hype job in boxing history, hands down.
5:44 no i think your blind , ive seen every heavyweight fight that there ever was more than twice and i was a boxer represented my province in 1992 i know boxing and wilder was exposed by Fury and walin and Nganou and usyk exposed Fury , if yiu cant see that your just a baby
He was a ONE trick Pony BUT it was a HELL of a trick. WHen he was Young and WILD he could KO jus about ANYBODY he was taller than. And it worked. ANd he BEAT the guys that were put in front of him. Fury beat the breaks off of him. He wasn't the same after those beatings.

Yeah hell of a trick that only knocked out bums, the hype job don’t have one good win not one
4:55 yes we can underate wilders mediocre power, he dropped Fury a few times fury got up, usyk not noted for power smashed Fury around a knock out in most peoples books, yet parker took wilders punches so did Zhang, watch closely they landed good on parker and zhang, but because theyre not journeymen it didnt drop them, no no i strongly disagree wilder doesn't have a really hard punch, ive seen him hit the punch machine a few times scoring in the 7s , he's too light and not that quick to have a really hard punch, its a hype job, if his punch was so hard zhang and parker would of been knocked out he totally landed on them clean, zhang hits harder, AJ hits harder whyte hits harder chisora hits harder, joyce hits harder, dubois hits harder, AJ or joyce would kill wilder
Wilder has been very rusty in his last two fights. I’m not sure if it’s ring rust, or his physical condition has declined due to accumulated damage endured, or his hearts not in it. It could be all three factors. Look what he did to Fury, Ortiz, etc.

He got exposed just like in any other sport
One minute you saying wilder was excellently managed, then next minute you blaming his management for him not seen as anything, which is it bro, fact of the matter is wilder fought bums all his career and soon as he stepped up his competition he lost every time, that’s the definition of a hype job, wilder has the worst resume in boxing..
Wilder only knocked out tomato cans ffs wtf you on about
Was always a hype job but he lands its game over

Hit zhang, didn't even buzz him
Yes I have said it from day one
WRONG. AS weve all seen AJ wouldve DECIMATED him.
Of course not. Anybody knows you can't wear heavy stuff to a fight and expect to win. BSAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...
this video is a reach, Wilder is a grown man. if he really wanted the AJ fight he could've had it. His management knew what they were doing, and kept him out of trouble for as long as they could. Fury only happened because he was a 400lb cokehead cherry pick gone wrong.
Deontay Wilder is a waste of time and a hype Job 😂😂😂😂😂
Way overrated
Yes
He was a bit over hyped but he had the power, the charisma too be over hyped, and enough ability, he had alot of belief and heart as well which left him after the Fury trilogy. You do need over hyped fighters in boxing it makes the division more exciting and you can't just over hype anyone you need a fighter that has what Wilder had. In terms of where Wilder was really at. He was an elite puncher with world class athletism and belief but his skill set and boxing ability was domestic level maybe even club level but he had a decent ring IQ. I would compare Wilder historically to a Max Baer. I do think that it was AJ and his side that avoided the fight with Wilder and Wilder could of won that fight as Joshua was very wary of the Wilder power and could of been beat before he got in there. If AJ did go in with confidence though he would of comfortably despatched of Wilder as he is levels above Wilder. For Tyson Fury, Wilder is still a very good win against the most dangerous guy in the division but not the legacy definining fight was made out to be, its an dangerous fight that you should get through if a world class fighter and any ambition of being the best but it doesn't make you the best it's the fight you go through on way to the best.

BS. People have been saying dor years that the minute Wilder stepped into the top 10 competitors he would be found out and that's EXACTLY what has happened. And with the Joshua fight Wilder himself admitted he rejected their offer.

@@SaiSaiGre Wilder rejected a broadcast over from DAZN, very different than a fight offer from Matchroom. Joshua did turn down fight offer from Wilder team though and Joshua body language and tone whenever questioned about Wilder spoke volumes. Also that's not Exactly what happened regarding top 10, Stiverne, Ortiz x2, and somehow Breazeale was all top 10 fighters Wilder beat and Wilder broke into top 3 never mind 10 and stayed there for several years.

Most overrated fighter in history.
Anthony Joshua was terrified of Wilder's right hand. He admitted on Toe2Toe podcast in October 2017 that he would avoid Wilder for 3 years or longer. AJ said, "Wilder has been a pro longer than I have been boxing" "Nobody can rush my career"😂

No man born from their mother that lost to Ngannou an 0-0 MMA fighter should ever call himself top 2 heavyweight. The Top 5 is as follows 1. Usyk 2. AJ 3. Parker 4. Kabayel and 5. Zhang. Fury is starting to look like a bonafide BUM especially with how easy Zhang and Parker handle Wilder. 😂😂😂😂
