I do hope they remove survival maps from being able to be in explore mode. you can still get eliminated in explore mode survival maps and it is frustrating.

@@kroglin_outside They decided to reduce the odds of getting the survival maps. But I don’t think there will be anymore changes.

I'm still sad how hard it is to emote spam now and almost no players emote anymore. Even worse many Unity maps they deleted. As in straight up they are not vaulted but deleted from the game files: space race - see saw - knight fever - ski fall - hyperdrive heroes - cosmic highway - roll on - sweet thieves - treat thieves - freezy peak - bounce party - rock 'n' roll - egg scramble - egg siege - speed circuit - power trip - hoop chute - bubble trouble - hoaders

The maps deleted from the files have been done to make the download sizes smaller for the game. But it is not permanent, the files will return at one of the next knockout refreshes.

Hyperdrive Heroes is in some customs but the level doesn’t load in, since the files are deleted.

@@ZaidyFG I hope you are right, I thought the other maps that aren't in rotation are still in the game though and playable in customs. Unlike the other maps that are completely wiped.

Im so glad about these changes, but i really hope theres more unity rounds unvaulted in the next map rotation for knockout, i really miss ss2 maps, slimescraper, speed slider, lily leapers and much more. Over half of the game is vaulted for creative maps.

I agree, the changes are great but it would be nice to have more unity maps. For now, if you want to play some vaulted rounds you can do it in custom games.

I know a lot of people complain about the Creative rounds, but I think they’re genuinely really fun. My favourite being Hex-a-Spectre, and my least favourite being Fan-Seige Rotation (the only one I don’t like). I think there should be ten creative rounds, and forty unity rounds.

I agree with you, there are many good creative rounds in knockout. But it would be nice to have more unity maps.

I'm speechless. 21 Unity rounds got entirely removed from game files and with an extreme high probability this rounds won't return in the game nevermore for no reason. WTF happened to this game? That's fall forever but literally.

Many people have told me the rounds deleted are just to make download sizes smaller. So it shouldn’t be a permanent change hopefully.

They probably destroyed the game so higher ups didnt have to pay out old devs who made fall guys actually fun (i started when it was OG) and pay them their cut for their designs. The old levels cannot come back because they likely outsourced and used shitty player designs (creative) to avoid paying the original devs. And now mobile is coming out, they think they can still keep the game and completely abandon the original designs to make more profit without the talent or skills of actual experts. This is always what happens when a bigger corp takes over and it becomes all cheap fast and no quality where they can expand as fast as possible before people realize its no longer fun or the fall guys we first fell for. Story as old as time. I dont even mind the truth just stop sugar coating the tragedy that actually occurred so fans can grieve for the original game. Fall guys will never be good again because it was a slow take over and the last breath of a beautiful soul has finally left. Fall guys is dead. Like every wonderful creation corporations always kill it for greed 💔💔💔💔💔😞 RIP my favorite game that i learned how to play video games to spend time with my partner on. 😢 No amount of tiny improvements will change the greed that killed the game. We will never be able to get any of the good stuff back again. This will never be fall guys again. Just rename the game Killjoy thats the only update left to make. Tell the truth.

I don’t agree with you… Epic games actually saved fall guys with great ideas like free for all. Also just so you know the development team is still Mediatonic (the original developers). You might not like the path the game is taking and that’s completely fine. But that doesn’t mean the game is dead or that they ruined the game. The developers are working hard and always try to make the game better with their own vision of the game.

So are you saying it's the same team same developers that created the original floors and skins? No change in the talent behind the game? The current floors are a shadow of what it used to be there's no way it's the same creators . Please verify

@@deannawong5797 Mediatonic was the original developer from the game launch. Then epic games decided to buy the game but kept the same development team. Some of the big decisions are still done by epic games, like free for all. But the main updates and gameplay is done by the same company from the start.

In my dreams they make a separate knockout show for unity maps and creative maps

That would be the ideal case, but I don’t think they will do it. But maybe we could have more unity maps in knockout, removing some of the creative ones and having a better creative map selection.

@@ZaidyFG Yeah there can't be this many creative rounds in the roundpool, they also need to bring back more Unity rounds that haven't been available in years like Snowy Peak, Knight Fever, Hyperdrive Heroes, etc.

I’m not hugely bothered by medal rewards for fame or anything like that I just want unity maps to win over creative. My idea that I hope gets listened to is having a show called creative knockout (just creative maps) and a show called original knockout (just unity maps). This would really be a relief if they put this in, and unvaulted limited time shows. I’m glad they’ve made knockout 4 rounds now but for me unity maps is the real game saver.

Man mediatonic has been rather nice past while! Giving 4x fame, free custom, returning kudos items, making an in general peak update, LISTENING to us, and unvaulting collabs! It feels so much better having mediatonic seemingly CARE again is awesome, unfortunately you can't please people........

They want to have the same round pool for solos, duos and squads. Since solos doesn’t have team games, they have to modify tail tag to fit duos and squads.

Player count too small, 4 rounds still too little, games so sweaty and not casual, just wanna jump in and have fun. Nope less time more time in lobby. Epic calculated this will get 5.66 percent more people in the store. It's disgusting. Game is uninstalled now!

Yes there are a lot of issues solved! But there could still be more improvements

Remember, fall forever was developet, tested and aproved by the people that are in charge of making the game BETTER. Im genuently starting to think that Mediatonic/Epic games doesn't care about Fall guys, mobile will probibly be poorly marketed, and I doubt that the Fortnite collab will bring a lot of new consumer's. (sorry if i typed anything wrong, im Serbian)

I think differently. It's obvious that Fall Guys has changed a lot with Creative Mode, and they've decided to make it their main focus. With this update, they were trying to update solos every month to make it feel refreshing, as requested by many people in the community. Obviously, the execution isn’t perfect, but the development team is very active in responding to feedback, and all the devs I know are passionate about the game.

I’m sick of mediatonic adding horrible creative rounds to main shows, here’s some actually main show worthy levels that you MUST play! Survival: (Hard) (0457-6057-8632) Race: (Easy, Quick)3748-0686-0154) I can guarantee when I say this, both of these maps will block your minds and you will agree with me about these being worthy enough to make it into main shows. They might even make it into one of your next levels

I agree, my main problem with knockout is the poor choosing of rounds. Especially the creative survival rounds and finals could have better substitutions. Hopefully in the next refresh we can have a better selection.
