I used to have a whole collection of Lepin. In Poland there would be some of those market events (events where people set up their own mini shops and then sell stuff). In Poland Lego is quite rare to find (not to mention more expensive) so buying Lepin was a good alternative. But despite it being a lego copy, the quality was still better than most (if not all) knockoff lego sets. I had great fun with the sets and so did my older cousin. So thanks Lepin, i guess?

I’m looking to buy some lepin/ mould king sets any dealbreakers you came across or things to look out for. I’ve noticed a lot of the reviews from some creators on KZread are super biased so I wanted to ask someone with more info and knowledge about them

@@raygaming548 generally they're suprisingly good quality. Obviously the plastic is worse quality than lego, but its still failry sturdy and wont break too easily. Usually the minifigures limbs are not loose, although i have had one minifig where one of the arms was like really really loose. The bricks are alright, generally the same as lego. No issues with them. Overall its pretty good for a knock off brand (trust me i've seen way worse).

Ive been to one of those tent shops event too. Its a once a year event at a camp where i lived and ill always buy knock off lego batman to impress the other kids. The items are around 75 cents in usd but its considered pricey for a small piece if plastic (so its not encouraged) but the quality is good and made my childhood

I brought the super star destroyer off of lepin and honestly it wasn’t half bad, it was missing 2 small interior pieces but I had stuff I could replace it with and you have to build the characters from like nothing which was weird

Not really he's mostly a Lego collector. But I on the other hand buy and collect both. I see no problem them . I have knock offs I have Lego and I have customs that Lego will never produce . Lepin isn't going anywhere .

Lepin and their bad spelling be like: "A lepin man has fallen into river at city lepin - build the helicopter rescue lepin! Start lepin rescue helicopter and fly to rescue!!"

Go for it price for quality is great about 95% the quality of lego. I wouldnt listen to the youtubers constantly bashing lepin and other alternative brick brands. These are actually really worth it from my experience actually getting some.

Mega Construx is also much cheaper, but they are legitimate and don't blatantly copy Lego's stuff (besides the brick system which isn't under a patent anymore).

Except it's illegal. If they actually designed their own sets or paid the MOC creators to license them, then that would be okay. Mega Construx does that, and their sets are great. But these are blatant piece for piece copies of Lego sets, and claiming it as something original.

Selling counterfeit sets does not necessarily takes from Lego company any profit. When someone can afford himself a fake lego set, but can not afford himself original one, then guess what, he won't buy original one in any case. Also, more you get for a cheap price, like quality and overall quantity, the cheaper Lego should get to compete, so having an alternatives to Lego is actually good for customers overall. And also, how can you get lego sets that are produced no more? Buying them from any individual does not help lego either, buying discharged sets can be much MUCH more expensive than their original price, getting some old figures that you might like is also can be really pricey. If there is a choice between purity and brand loyalty and affordability for people around the world, especially countries where spending huge money on a toys would be really irrational, then I easily choose counterfeits, because I'm not a dick

In my opinion some leptin sets are a good thing like the dropship and atot, because getting 10 year old 1000 dollar sets is too much for most people so making a good fake do people can have the sets is not a bad thing. Ripping off all of lego star wars is bad though. But for old sets you cant get without trading yours and your parent's kidneys for, it's good for the community to have leptin make fakes.

Bit late but I have actually done it, the instructions are on YT but no parts list so a lot of work, also you need grey stickers as the angled windshields at the back don't come in light grey. The design is by LdiEgo which they ripped off from the Lego Ideas Site

@@christallon184 Yeah it cost about £230.00 ish without any minifigs but I did add a fair bit more detail and other mods so you might get the parts for a little less. Typical fake instructions are a bit of a challenge and the missing steps are at the back of part 4!

I purchased a lepin set because i was curious to see how shit it was. I must be honest, for the price i payed it was actually almost identical to lego. Super unethical but, i can see why they are still around.

Beatles had 5 movies a hard day's night, help, magical mystery tour, yellow Submarine, and let it be.

The Yellow Submarine is indeed from a movie. As a matter of fact, it even is named Yellow Submarine. Fun fact: Only The Beatle's music appears in the film, they themselves don't voice themselves. Amendment: Oh yeah there's that after-credits scene with them (The Beatles did it first, Marvel!)
