Jxd is hit or miss with their handheld devices. Some are decent some are a dog's breakfast. I really dislike the individual button style directional pad.

I had something similar to that but it was a tablet that just said Android on it. It had all the same buttons as the one in the video. I tried looking up information online about it but I could not find anything. I do not have it anymore as it stopped working in Feb 2020.

Coincidentally I got an alternative version of this model yesterday for 12€ incl. shipping(needed a firmware reinstall), the model is JXD S5300. The soc in mine is a Sunplus GPL83000 with 1GHz singlecore Cortex A8 and a PowerVR SGX 531, so it's slightly weaker than the S5110 in the video. My model is running 4.1.1 and the android version isn't a problem, it has plenty of emulators to work around with. It's important to say that the dpad and the analog stick are mapped as the same input so that can be problematic but you can pull up on screen buttons for the missing dpad in n64 for example, then also in ps1 for l2 r2. I have had better experience running N64 with an old emulator called N64oid rather than the latest version of Mupen compatible with 4.1(3.0.something), SNESoid also runs games better than latest Snes9x. I also tried DS with latest version of drastic, just one game for now-worms open warfare 2-runs on 50-60% speed without frameskip, with significant frame skip it's playable but obviously choppy. Maybe older drastic will run better. PPSSPP also works but you can play only very basic games, understandably. With a processor this weak you generally need some frameskip(even for stuff like SNES apparently) but the games remain playable.

Some years ago I was nearly to buy tooo!!! The problem (for me) was the cost: it was more than 100€ plus the incoming taxes 😕
