The Fairfield Four Swing Low Sweet Chariot USAGEM 13th Award Show
We are blessed and honored to have three-time Grammy Award winners, The Fairfield Four, as members of USAGEM. Founded in 1921 in Nashville, TN the Fairfield Four have maintained their authenticity by carrying on traditional stylings exemplified by the Bessemer Sunset Four, the Birmingham Jubilee Singers, and the Famous Blue Jay Singers with Silas Steele.

My old church we had like 4-5 great bass singers. One sounded exactly like Melvin Franklin of the Temptations. This one reminds of my favorite bass singer at my church. A rich older guy, he played bass also but their tone mannerisms and all are the exact same . I used to love when his group would sing. Even when they cut out it sounds the exact same , slides and drops too. If i close my eyes they’re the same person.
