    I found this extremely helpful...it answered some of my questions. There was never a time I doubted the existence of Sasquatch. When I grew up in the sixties, they were known as Skookum, in my neck of the woods. In the late seventies I started carrying a super-8 movie camera while in the woods. While heading out camping in 1984, I stopped to buy film. A young Indian man asked me what I thought I would catch on film in the wilderness . When I told him, he replied that his grandfather had run into a Sasquatch on the Yakima Reservation. They greeted each other with hand signs, and then each went his own way. This guy told me that I would never film one, because they knew when you had a camera, and would not allow themselves to be filmed. Five years later I stopped carrying the camera. Nine years later, May 5th 1993, I was hiking the Bald Mountain trail in the Mount Hood National Forest. I noticed one was trailing me. My fear increased to near panic...at which point it knocked over a tree, and STOMPED off. The ground shook as it retreated. Later, when I thought about what happened, I believe it stomped so loudly, to reassure me that it was leaving. I believe it trailed me because I had my pug dog with me, and it was trying to figure out what the strange looking little creature was. I also once met a guy who grew up in Afghanistan, and he told me he almost died of fright one evening when one blocked the trail when he went to fetch the family goat herd.

    Wow, Chuck, thanks for sharing! I had never considered the Sasquatch People to be in Arizona until I met a guy from there who said he lives in a wooded area. He said they come around his home and has had many encounters with them. Talk about the sounds they can make: Three of us and a dog were way up a hiking trail as a Harley Davidson motorcycle came up from behind us and went through its gears and passed us. We all (including the poodle) jumped and turned around at the same time to see NOTHING! Chuck, you’re welcome in my camp any time!

    Thank you so much for sharing this Chuck. I'm a New Zealand Maori woman and I've been fascinated with these beings since I was a child. I watch huge amounts of content, mostly American, on this subject and made the deduction that telepathy would be the key to contact, and that they could tell if you were a good person with good intentions, or not. In all my studies you're one of 3 people that understands this. I've been worried about what affect all the fires in USA and Canada may have had on them and their habitat. I plan to travel over there one day and hopefully become an experiencer too, as to my knowledge there's none here. ❤ from NZ ❤

  • @AranRinzei

    Kia Ora fellow Kiwi. According to Maori legend we have our own Bigfoot. It is an old legend of a creature called the Mohau. It is known by many names depending where in NZ you lived (which shows that different cultures lived here who had different names for it otherwise if all arrivals came from Hawaiiki, they'd call it the same thing. Think about that one awhile!). Maori spoke of of mighty ape-men who resided in the forested areas, these areas they dared not venture into as these hairy beasts were known to tear men apart, had huge lacerating fingernails and fed on human flesh. They were known by many names Moehau, Maero, Matau, Tuuhourangi, Taongina, and Rapuwai. The Moehau were describes by the Maori as being “Terrible creatures, half man, half animal”, with a very aggressive temperament, they were only too happy to massacre and eat anyone that strayed into their domain. The Maeroero was a wild man of the woods, covered with long hair, and possessed of great strength and craftiness.

    In your communication with these folks, have you ever asked them about their beliefs about themselves or about us? Have you ever ask them about their emotions, or religiosity? Or why these encounters were for years very rare but now many? Have they experienced a great population increase as humans have? About how they feel about environmental issues? I also wonder do they have crime in their culture, or art, or grief? Do they bury their dead and have death rituals? I know it’s a bunch of questions, thanks in advance for any answers, and thanks for relating your experiences, it’s truly fascinating…

  • @falstaff59

    @falstaff59

    3 ай бұрын

    Hello, tracyjames2046.... I'd like to venture a guessed answer to why the numbers of sightings appear to be increasing. Two things have changed in the abilities of human beings over the last forty years - and more so over the last two or three decades. Technology and the refinement of the internet and the advent of social media's such as FB, KZread and others allow for instant, often anonymous public posting of incredible events. Our acceptance of these technology as an integral part of our daily communication is the other thing. It really opened the floodgates, allowing average people who've experienced interaction with these beings to speak out. When I had my experience, in 1973, you basically kept it to yourself...the consequences of speaking out in any way kept you quiet. I think there are more open minded people now, looking at this and freely exchanging information about it. That's a good thing.

    We in our family have interacted with a Clan of Xanue People for decades. The family farm had a large fruit orchard and my father had a large garden, grain fields and corn. There were few people out in the woodlands,.lots of caves and abandoned mine shafts and we have a big river a few miles on either side of the old homestead. I always knew there was something there following me when I'd go out to play by myself. Especially in the huge orchard below the road. But I never saw them until I retired and moved back here by myself. The Matriarch showed herself to me and it turned out she was the one following me around all those years ago! She was trying to protect me! These beings are amazing in what they sense and what they can do. And most have a funny sense of humor. 😅

    A surfing mate and I were followed by what I believe was a Yowie in Nambucca Heads, Queensland many years ago. I was basically walked out of the woods by a large bipedal animal at dusk which i could only hear. It stopped when I stopped and it was not trying to hide its movement as trees and branches were moved. I walked fast and ended up running as I was spooked after this went on for a while.

    @@JulieA82 I even lived in Yowie Bay near Cronulla for a while! None of it really registered with me until years later when I became interested in BF and then it hit me when I looked into the Yowie's in Aboriginal culture. At the time it was so weird as no native animal would have followed us like that, making a lot of noise, breaking big branches etc and stopping whenever we stopped, deliberately following us.

Do they have a religious tradition. If so what does it approximate most closely to our own ? These 2 questions have always perplexed me. Thanks. Peace , kindness and love to all beings and things.

I feel it would have been a chance meeting but I was packing into the mountains to hunt. I spoke to them in my native language to reassure them that I wasn't there to harm them.. Then one day I had a idea how they were being so clever and insanely elusive. One day it came to me they are telepathic I thought that’s it ! I thought I was so smart. Then I came across this guy called Mike from Canada and he showed me that was the tip of the iceberg . Let’s see what this guy has to say

My friend and I were 17 at the time and neither of us would bring it up. 2 years ago I was on Sasquatch Chronicles and I asked my buddy if it was cool with him. He didn't care but said don't bring me up and as far as he's concerned it didn't happen. It took me 45 years to talk and didn't change a thing as far as dreams and daily thoughts. Leave them alone, have no desire to ever see another.

    The "beings" that most humans refer to as "Sasquatch" or "Bigfoot" greatly dislike both of those "labels." They are known amongst their own kind as the "Xanu people," and, they are THE MOST genuinely indigenous humanoids currently living within this "earthly realm" as they exist in total harmony and balance with nature. However, they are also very intelligent and not only are they capable of speaking our "language" (though rarely do), they are extraordinarily telepathic and clairvoyant (psychic). The Xanu beings are generally a very peaceful, non-aggressive people which is the "reason" they have remained so incredibly elusive to humans for thousands of years. They are highly cognizant of how fearful, easily agitated and prone to violent behavior humans can be. Of course, as with everything, there are always "exceptions to the rule," and, there are times when an angry Xanu is so overly frustrated with humans that they can sometimes end up becoming aggressive with one at some point. IF the Xanu people were typically aggressive, they would not have been so diligently stealthy in avoiding contact with humans for such a long period. The moment a person steps into any forest region, the Xanu people intuitively sense and "know" exactly where you are and what you're "thinking" at that time. Only humans whose minds are mostly free from the intensely perpetuated mental programming of our "society" are allowed by the Xanu people to interact with them. Please keep in mind when in the forest to always BE RESPECTFUL internally and externally whenever you "sense" that a Xanu being may be near you. That respect will be reciprocated by them. After all, you are standing in THEIR HOME now. ✌️😎

    They go by many names depending on which ones you ask and what they are willing to share,and that could also be a family,clan,or Tribe name. They even have different names for their People as a whole........They seem fine w me calling them "Sabe",bc I have asked them multiple times out of respect,but I know that it is not what they call themselves - or is "Xanu",which sounds like something out of Scientology... Actually "Xanu" from Greek "Xan" meaning "defender of mankind". Although they can be helpful and protective,I'm not sure that would apply to the Sabe. That same author also believes that they came from a dying world and that is just not true. They told me that they have been here since looong before modern humans and even our religions.

    Interesting he says "they're not allowed" to reveal themselves but only at night. For anyone who reads the Bible Jude 1:6 says "And I remind you of the angels who did not stay within the limits of authority God gave them but left the place where they belonged. God has kept them securely chained in prisons of darkness, waiting for the great day of judgment." (NLT) There is something certainly extra dimensional about them. Reminds me if Nephelim in Genesis. Just a thought.
