I wish he had a better run in WCW. He should’ve IMMEDIATELY been World Champion when he arrived. But instead he was pushed down to the mid-card only fighting for the US and TV titles. It wasn’t until 2 years after his debut that he FINALLY became WCW Champion. But at that time it was too late. The momentum Bret had fizzled out. Then he got injured by Goldberg. Horrible way to go out.

Yes, I agree they misused Bret. But that says more about Bret's legendary legacy because WCW could NEVER use a Bret Hart right. He NEVER fizzled out. WCW did. Bret just left that company as the unbeaten Champion same as when he left WWF in 97. He didn't REALLY lose so his Wrestling Character will always be cemented as the Champion until the very end in both companies.
The second wcw theme was so underrated. But nothing and I mean nothing beats that 94 theme.. when even Steve Austin said that guitar scream gave him chills.. you know you got a kick ass theme.

@@madden128 Yes but he returned over a decade later after having his career ended from a botched superkick by Goldberg (Oldberg) and then be known as the man who on the night of Shawn Michaels career vs streak match against the Undertaker at Wrestlemania 26 on 28th March 2010 (when he would retire until another brief run 8 years later in 2018 at Super Showdown) would beat up Vince Mcmahon the owner, Chairman, and CEO of WWE a 64 year old man with a steel chair repeatedly and then have 2 people walk on Vince.
