Amen Brother, it was for this very reason I began the mind discipline of Bible memorisation. It is the most powerful tool to keeping ones mind from wandering into forbidden paths. Bible memorisation is helping me become like Jesus. It doesn’t matter if I take a long time to learn a verse because while I’m contemplating on scripture I’m saying no to the distractions of Satan.

I am a SDAc and all my friends and family is again me for what I don't know but JESUS say when the eneamy comes in like a flood JESUS covered me under his blood that why I like everything about psalm 27 all of it I knew that God is with me he will never leave me nor forsake me have a blessed sabbath day.

I asked the lord to help me not dream of my old sinful life anymore as I thought I left it behind. But I kept dreaming dreams with me being in that life still. Thank you for this sermon on a deeply strategic area of our lives. I found Pastor Lomacang online only yesterday. This is my 2nd time to listen to him. It is very rare today to hear a "hand-holding" teaching about the "how to" of our Christian walk. We rarely hear about our responsibility in this journey, or about submitting to the discipline of training. I know I'll keep coming back to watch this clip! God bless you & your whole ministry!

You escape by resisting the precursors. Pray and read the scripture more. Think about God's words and deeds, think about His grace, His majesty, Hís law, His sacrifice etc. Those are good thoughts. You don't just stop bad thoughts, you replace them with good ones.
