the science of islam that explore that subject is called tassawuf (sufism), which is the path to ihsan. Read books on Sufism(by rumi, al jilani, ibn arabi, ahmadou bamba..), just follow what your heart wants you to start with. My current read is “where the two seas meet”. Salam
