One of my areas colleges, Washington State University which has its main campus about 75 miles south of here, although they have a small campus here too in Spokane, is actually nicknamed Wazzu, its spelled different but said the same, lol. Most Valuable Player. You’re not providing value to your team by sitting on the bench. I don’t think a player should be awarded the MVP if he’s missing a third of the season even if he’s injured or just resting. Especially when there’s other players that might not have the better stats but they’re showing up most nights and leading their respective teams to success. Also I think SGA should be the MVP bc not only was he awesome offensively but he also led the league in steals and was great defensively too and got OKC the 1st seed in a super tough western conference. Still don’t understand the Bulls slander, just makes me feel like all yall do is watch their game highlights. Niko’s stats are decent and a lot of what he does doesn’t have a stat (box outs, screens, saves, helpside D). They just need to get healthy and a lil younger.
