I really hope changli's story quest is breathtaking too.

An interesing thing that caught my attention is a Resonator can have a Second Awakening in their power, meaning this open the posibilities that other characters (4-stars or 5-stars) can have their own alternate versions. Smart there, Kuro. Thank you for this recap, man. I don't play WuWa but I like the story.

YESSSSS, can’t wait to see what other characters get a second awakening now. Cause lore wise they should be the strongest playable characters. And the fact the Jinhsi is the most broken chapter available rn is amazing. Glad that these videos help people get into the story. Cause I have always felt like the story has a lot of potential and this act 7 really proves that it will become better and better over time

@@unloyal4847 they can either go with "leap" in pgr or yeah, a new character but with different animations and different skill trees like pgr, but unlike pgr since wuwa characters cant change frames its possible they will retain their old element. Edit: and iirc Jinhsi already did her second awakening so she's prolly stuck or unless kuro...

I love how Rover's expression remains flat after knowing all that, like, 'Oh, I did that?' I can't wait to see what else Rover did in the past.

THEORY TIME: Abby is the First Threnodian that Rover absorbed. It murmured Abraxas when picking its name and it means 'Great Archon' basically top dog. So when it eventually remembers, we may have to fight it to upgrade it. Also, the old man mentioned Rinas, a country with large amount of exotic Echoes. Something tells me that we're gonna go there for our Echoes rework/huge QOL changes.

Also with 1.1 the previous act got an updated EN dub, I have an AC that stopped on acr 4 and now the dreaded "you not going anywhere" is better but it is still not good. We can hear some emotion at least. The True winner of voice update is Jinshi, she no longer sounds like a pre-recorded message. Now while talking more of her personality sips thought and that make it seems (to me) that Jinshi tries to emulate Jiyan with putting on this calm and collected mask even if in reality they are is deep rage or regret There is also a new bug in act 4 where all Rovers lines in a cutscenes are cut before EN VA says them in full and Scars laughter is muted in the cutscenes

So jinhsi is the equivalent of an Archon for WuWa, no wonder she is so Next level Her pull animation is so long and majestic it's crazy, her outro buffs her stack gain instead of just causing dmg like other main dps unfortunately her weapon is too tailored to her, it feels not worth pulling like the verdant summit

More like an Emanator. Jue is like an Aeon according to its Echo description.

Back in 1.0 when Rover saw a future of Jiyan fighting the Threnodians all alone, but when ingame, Jiyan was Together with Rover. Something similar happened for 1.1 in the form of the trailer, mainly the time Jinhsi was climbing the mountain, she was all alone abd about to fight Jué. But then ingame, both Jinhsi and Rover was in there climbing thr mountain, and Rover being their Witness. Rover can somehow change their fates and this will probly become the norm, but we see phrolova about to get in the way, so im guessing a plot twist may happen in a future patch.

Theory: The girl gives rover a power from the beginning was actually her Apprentice or Wife, Rover promise to comeback without his memories so he can reborn, and now here we are, he is the one built JINZHOU himself and create a guardian that controls time stop and seeing future aka Jue. Maybe this rover rebirth but losing memory to get stronger and obtain his memories again. So long JINZHOU develop fast and high technology people are backstabbing each other and that's now thr red shirt enemy develop and exiles, they are obsessed by power and wealth cuz it leak that handling a power of time you're unstoppable from unknown researchers betrayal, This is my theory if you had idea reply☺️

The story is a little generic so far but the potential is definitely there and I hope Kuro will keep investing on it. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that they immediately established that Rover was some kind of top dog in the past instead of dragging it out for like 8 patches lol My dream would be to have Rover's past fully revealed in the next patch and then develop the "real" story from then on, since it would be something new and original compared to other gatcha games. Highly highly unlikely, but a woman can dream lol

that was my theory too, they'd flesh out rover as fast as possible and lay down the world building and then we get something like PGR where once the foundations were laid, sudden gut wrenching stories and a bigger picture

It said that Jinshi was chosen when she was young for her resonance ability but i still dont understand WHAT jinhsi's resonance ability is or why she is so injured and at risk of overclocking on mount firmament

Let me explain For Jue to save Jinhsi when she was a baby Jue had to exert some of their time power(temporal mandate) to save her. Jinshi had some of jues powers (resonance abilities) that they lost while saving her. So they are connected(she is jues appointed resonator), if jue is injured ( which Jue was injured) Jinshi would feel that pain aswell and become weaker. She was at risk of overclocking, because she was weak but also using her powers to fight while trying to find Jue.

Bro really recapped this in under and hour when the dialogue in the story alone takes 3 full hours plus change. The story writers can cook but they need to boil off some of the excess water before serving you know what I’m saying?
