Twizzly finally getting smth for 3 YEARS

For future updates for next time: Give Frost Queen Cookie her own Legendary Costume! She's been without one for years, so she deserves to get one like the other Legendary Cookies before her!

Nice to see some Magic Candies for a couple of old favorites! Way to keep older Cookies relevant so they don't fade into unuseability. Also, I love that costume for Stormbringer! Very cool. The Choco Cake Tower can be rather difficult at times, even with considerably powered-up Cookies (mine are at/near max level and I'm still having a hard time), so I'm hoping maybe the Strawberry Cake Tower will tone down the difficulty a bit. I like a good challenge, but not to the point where it's frustrating even with everything powered up to the max. At any rate, lore-wise it was super awesome to see Dark Cacao, Crunchy Chip, Wildberry, and Black Raisin again! They're all such awesome characters. The new sky deities are really fun too!
