I also love vinyl but I do also like my 5th generation iPod no other digital device that I’ve hooked up to my amplifier and speakers has ever come close to sounding like it

That's awesome! I've had many (used pawn shop variety) iPods over the years, and they always sounded great. There was something about having a somewhat limited amount of storage space on a device like that. All my iPods have since died and I just didn't bother replacing the batteries anymore. They won't even fire up when plugged into the wall, but hey, I'm glad to hear yours is still going strong!

I love Blue Midnight by Kenny I just got the craft AAA reissue of Kenny Burrell and John Coltrane one of my favorite albums at the moment

ohhh nice! I saw that one at the record store this weekend but just couldn't pull the trigger on it just yet. But that one's been on my list for a while.

@@giantorangerecords it is a great pressing. There are two 5 second tape drop outs on the 3rd track nothing to serious. Other than that is sounds wonderfull.

@@giantorangerecords yep is mono but they way it was recorded you get a huge Soundstage really doesn't even sound mono.
