In case if you miss it, in the ending song of this episode, you can see they added the Maeda's creature drawing in the head of the three girls.
Another one quite similar to this is "The little lies we all tell" It's also a bunch of random crap in an all-girls school. The 4 main characters are girls with a little secret: - one is actually an alien - one is secretly a ninja - a girl that can read the minds of the other girls - and a girl that is actually a boy

It's my favorite anime and I am so sad we only got 1 season. I was hoping they would make eason 2, but so far no luck. However they do have manga, and also specials.
