I was playing this song nott long after my husband was killed in a road accident 😢my father in law came in and was so sad for me and my children as he was only 28 years old and it was just 3 weeks till Christmas 😢

It is great but I prefer Skeeter Davis rendition ❤

Brenda Lee does a beautiful version of this song, but Skeeter Davis, who performed the original version in1963, still is #1 in my opinion.
