Gosh i haven't watched y'all in a while but i grew up with your channel. I'm in my early twenties now and my friends and I used to watch y'all in high school. So many fond memories, so many people coming and going. This is so bittersweet. Grateful for y'all's hard work and content and making so many of us laugh. Some of those early videos where they did stuff like playing board games are my favorites. For me it was who was doing the content, not the content itself. You cannot fake the laughter and fun they were happen, it was genuine.

Its honestly sad to see all the original channels dying off now 😢 i was literally only just checking up on the channel before this video came out and the thought of them quitting randomly popped up in the back of my head. I started watching Team Edge when you guys were still in Matt’s living room/garage and it was my absolute favorite content. As we’ve all grown up, things have of course changed, but you’ve provided so many wonderful memories for me since elementary school that I’ll never forget. Best of luck in all your future ventures.

I can't thank y'all enough for the joy that y'all have brought into my life. I first discovered what used to be Hi-5 Studios back in 6th grade with Battle Universe, and man, I would get lost in those videos. Throughout all of middle school, I consumed just about every bit of content that came out from all of those channels. I kinda faded out within the past year, but man, this is really sad. I'm now a freshman in college, and all I wanna do is just go back and watch those videos and relieve memories. Bro, I can’t believe it, I totally respect everything you guys decide but it’s definitely hard, I believe I was 7 or younger when I found this channel on my little iPad, and I was obsessed, I watched all of your videos over and over until a new one came out and watch that over and over again, the endless laughs and happiness this channel gave me is indescribable, this channel helped me through my tough times and I can’t thank you guys enough for all the wonderful memories I have of just coming home from ( *Elementary* ) school, sitting on the couch or in the kitchen eating a snack and just watching these videos. I really have faded from this channel over the past 2 or 3 years and it made me sad. So I just sat down and thought “why don’t I watch some team edge, it’s been a while.” And finding this truly saddened me. I think it’s safe to say that me and everyone else seeing this, truly thank you wonderful people for making such a positive impact in all of our lives. Thank you team edge.

I am now a legal adult who can drink, drive a car, has a job etc. you guys were some of the most incredible building blocks to my childhood and made me laugh through my worst depressions, hard times, everything.. your channel has been one of the most incredible things to happen to youtube, through the thick and thins of your channel. I'm so sad to see you all go but I'm so happy I got to see you guys grow. I first saw this channel when I saw the video shoot the person behind the giant wall, I thought the thumbnail had looked funny so I decided to watch it and man was I glad I did. I subscribed right after seeing that video and started watching more of them and fell in love with it all. My favorite video had to have been and still is you guys' 5 star dodgeball restaurant video and it still makes me laugh to this day. I remember watching the challenge league and staying hard on the hammer heads all through out and I'm not gonna lie I was really sad when I saw them get second place but at least I can say that the juggernauts were my next pick. Bobby and Joey have been my favorite through out my entire time watching you guys (sorry Brian) and I literally cried when I saw that Bobby had to leave. I'm so proud to see the people that everyone of you have grown to be and I really wish I could've watched you all just a bit longer. I'm currently subscribed to almost every one of your guys' channels and try to keep up to date with all of your lives but I'm going through a lot right now so I've been slacking a bit. Just because I am now coming to terms, I saw this when it first posted, and I was not able to comment at the time. But I have had a really sort of bad year, and I am just thankful that I was a part of this channel's life. I have been here since the tabletop games to Matthias starting the new channels and seeing the main cast change up to now. After 7 years of watching you guys (from 11 to 18), i’ve seen the change and the decline in views that Joey mentioned and knew this day would come. It’s very sad but in retrospect, seeing you guys go from playing board games in Matthias’ place, then evolve into the first edge place and all the channels that grew from that, really shows how great this was. I used to watch you guys everyday after high school. The original content you guys made was gold. I tried to watch all the newer stuff that came after 2016 but I just couldn't get into it. Either way team edge holds a big part in my heart. They helped me through high school and it was great for them to continue the channel despite all the changes and this is sad that there ending but atleast they will have there own channels and they will be working with Matt again. I want to appologies for not only myself, but for all the other people who used to watch your videos but ended up fading away over the years. I still remember stumbling on your channel years ago and binging through the back catalog. but, like most... my interests changed and so did the content I watched. From 2d animations, to parody songs and sketch comedy, to the self made sports styled game shows such as this to what ever trends picked up after. One of my favorite channels growing up 🎉 from watching Markiplier crashing into the wall as peach to end of Team Edge I'm gonna miss this, the OG 3 guys that started this channel to what it is now, it's was literally amazing and really funny to see this channel grow. Forever Team Edge

I have been consistently watching team edge for 5 years and it’s sad to see them go, they were one of the only channels to keep it raw and show everything. When a slippery slope video cam out I would get so excited and it would never disappoint. When I was a little kid I always imagined sliding around with my mates. THANK YOU TEAM EDGE

I grew up with you guys. It’s incredible how far you’ve guys have gone. Your videos have always been a comfort to me. My favorite one was when you did the don’t wake daddy cereal thing. The thing that made your channel different and rememberable to me was how close everyone is together. That’s what separated this channel from others, how close and connected everyone felt. When I watched your videos I like I wasn’t alone. You always made me smile and have been a huge impact on my life. As I grew up I did start watching you less as I got busier, but its really funny to me how you both have mustaches here. It’s like you all grew as I did as well.

my heart literally sank down to my feet and my jaw dropped when I saw the title. From when you recorded in your backyard with Matthias to the crazy tournament’s you all did, you never failed to make me laugh the hardest I’ve seriously ever laughed. All of the channels that you guys participated in were amazing, and it got to the point where I could describe every person in your channels to my parents and how you guys acted. I’ve watched this guys from day 1 to 2019 before I had my little girl who’s now turning 4! For some reason these guys popped into my head, I can’t believe this is ending after all this time but I’m really pleased they are finding a different path that will make them happy, I just pray this channel will stay up until my daughter can see how I made it through a rough time in my life before she came along ❤ you guys are amazing people and you have given a lot of people new and old memories and warm hearts, thank you so much for that ☺️ x P.S. This is honestly unreal I've watched you guys grow from doing videos in your backyards to having huge projects in whole warehouse I'm just so happy that you guys brought me so much joy throughout my life and it hurt watching channels slowly die and members slowly leave but atleast it ended on a good note.

This channel is a massive nostalgia trip for a whole lot of us. I remember being in middle school and coming home to watch the new videos that came out and I had a lot of fun seeing what you guys did. I’m in my early 20’s now so I just appreciate the nostalgia you guys have given me, good luck on what you guys do next!

Man you guys are one of the channels that stood out in my childhood. I would always sit down for a snack or meal and I would literally search up 'Team Edge' everytime. I even do it till this day. Damn y’all this kinda sad, I don’t really use KZread anymore but you guys where a part of my childhood, I found a “about me” project I did ending 5th grade and one of the questions where fav show, I had team edge and cam and Jeff aka dangie bros. I can’t believe how much y’all grew, y’all made my childhood fr I remember counting days and checking hoping for an upload. Joey, Matt, and Brian always made me laugh back then. I can’t believe it’s all coming to an end. I feel like after quarantine I didn’t have time to watch anything do to high school. I’m almost about to graduate now. Tysm for everything y’all did for me, and for being a big part of my childhood.

Dang, this video got me emotional man. You guys are so awesome. I remember watching on day 1 back in September of 2015 and was like 'Holy Crap that's a good intro!'. You guys definitely inspired me and sparked lots of KZread videos ideas for my own channel. I'm bummed this channel is stopping, but almost every great brand needs to 'go dark' for a while and can always return in the future. I'm confident your new individual channels are going to kick butt!

I remember finding the first team edge video, I am not sure why but it felt different from other channels. Other channels had this huge elaborate computer set up already or had already invested themselves in video games but the fact it started out in a living room basically just felt so homely to me. I was 12 when I first found you guys, which was 8 years ago, so I have been here from the beginning. I have loved watching you guys grow in your challenges and as individuals while growing this youtube channel/business. You guys have been such a blessing to me and definitely have gotten me through some hard times, being a christian in middle-high school was challenging since it often leads to being picked on or simply left out of friend groups but you guys were so open about your love for God that it felt like you guys were my only friends for so long. And in truth, you were. I grew up watching you guys and it hurts to see you go but I am so happy to see you guys are still going to follow your passions and I know you will bring God with you regardless of where you go and that brings me a lot of calm. It has always been a dream of mine to meet you guys in person and to thank you myself but this may be my last chance to do so. So, thank you guys for being yourselves and being people I can connect with when no one else would/could. You guys have been such an inspiration to me and I will never forget any of you. I am 20 when writing this comment. I am currently attending college to get my degree in architectural design and drafting and I have become a fully ordained preacher. I have also taken up the mantel of the youth leader of my church. Although technically it won't be official till I turn 21 but I have spoken with my pastor about it and I do everything the leader should do but it just won't be official in front of the church until I turn 1 year older. I wasn't really popular in school since anytime anyone would say something negative about God then I would speak out against it. It definitely made it hard to make friends but you guys taught me to follow what you believe and to not be scared of what others would think. You guys have influenced me in such a tramendous way and I cannot thank you enough. I wish you all the best and I hope I can find your channels so I can still check in with you guys that way (i'm quite bad at finding things on the internet.) In all honesty, I am not sure how I found you guys knowing how bad I am at finding things on the internet, only explanation has to be God. But either way, my point being, I am so glad to have known you guys and to have seen you grow this channel. I never had the money to buy merch in the past or to fully become a member and in all honesty I still don't due to living on my own AND working through college but I cannot let this chance by, I want you guys to know that I love and support you guys and I want to wear your merch proudly in hopes someone asks about it so I can tell them about the influence you guys have had. Wow! Watching this was extremely hard. I started watching this channel in middle school and I’m now graduating high school in a few months ! These videos are what I would look forward to when I got home from school. I’m so glad I found them when I did!
