It's my understanding from a few other vids, that Dubai's oil reserves are already insignificant. And so they had began to mostly rely on tourism some time ago. And greed and exploitation are the foundation of what seems beautiful about Dubai. Sadly, Dubai is a haphazardly created playground for the very wealthy, nothing much more.

Yeah but it’s just window dressing for millionaires and billionaires. Dubai has no character and I’ve heard most of the buildings are empty because very few can afford to live there. I hesitate to ask where they get their meat and vegetables from in the middle of the desert… We could easily have the same or better here in America if anyone in Washington D.C. had the balls to clean up the walking garbage currently living on the streets of every major city.
