Age doesn't matter or intelligence, just skill and the will to survive no matter what. That is the wasteland and the golden rule is SURVIVE. plus if you want to use language and Age as an argument i will use that fact they they also both had plot armor as they were the main characters. No other factions could beat them, they were so strong that 2 arguably catastrophe level main characters had to spawn to beat them.

The enclave look cool, but they are total chumps. First they get their asses wiped out by a primitive tribal who's like 19 at the time, then they let a mad AI be their president and get wiped out by a 19yo vault dweller, when your highly advanced faction is getting slapped about by teenagers you know somethings up 😂

I know others have pointed it out, but Enclave fans go so hard on how badass they are, sure the idea was interesting at first, but they literally got beaten by both a random tribal looking for a magic suitcase, and 19 year old looking for a different magic suitcase, the Enclave literally has never won any significant war in lore. At basically every point they've been out played. Also there dumbass plans are a little to stereotypical bad guy, all of them seem so doomed to backfire there is no real tangible goal that is achivable and all have a high chance at just making operations for them harder. I don't mind the Enclave being evil, their just really bad at it.

Yes. The self-appointed vigilantes using stolen government technology to steal even more technology from helpless wastelanders are definitely much more akin to the Union than to traitors of the Confederacy.
