A sequel to the life of His Divine Grace Srila Prabhupada
Founder-Acharya of the Worldwide Hare Krishna Movement.
An incredible story of an acharya who built a house in which the whole world could live!
✨ After the grand success of The Empowered Acharya, presenting another epic in an attempt to depict the glorious personality of Srila Prabhupada.
Srila Prabhupada - At various times people have called him a scholar, a philosopher, a cultural ambassador, a prolific author, a religious leader, a spiritual teacher, a social critic, and a holy man. In truth, he was all these things and more.
Over five hundred years ago, Lord Sri Krishna appeared as Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu in Navadvipa, a village in West Bengal. The purpose of His appearance was to inaugurate the Sankirtana Movement, the Yuga Dharma for this age of Kali. He declared that the chanting of His holy names would spread beyond the shores of India to every town and village in the world. He predicted that His commander-in-chief would appear to accomplish this mission. And Srila Prabhupada appeared to fulfill this prophecy.
An astrologer prepared the horoscope for Srila Prabhupada and revealed: When He reaches the age of seventy, he will cross the ocean, become a great teacher of religion and establish 108 Krishna temples.
And this is exactly what happened.
Srila Prabhupada set out to America in 1965 and established the International Society for Krishna Consciousness at the age of sixty-nine. He traveled around the world fourteen times, established more than 100 temples of Krishna, and initiated more than 10000 disciples into Krishna consciousness.
Srila Prabhupada arrived in the US during the decade of discontent; there was widespread dissatisfaction with America’s war with Vietnam. The American youth created their counter-culture popularly known as hippie culture. They were trying to break away from the status quo, searching for an alternative. Srila Prabhupada presented Krishna consciousness as an alternative.
Srila Prabhupada brought the Hare Krishna Movement to the public eye by chanting in the parks, distributing the Back to Godhead Magazine, conducting love feasts and delivering lectures from the Bhagavad-gita and Srimad Bhagavatam in a rented store-front. Thus, he attracted many youngsters, who gradually became his disciples. Srila Prabhupada trained his disciples in the tradition of Deity Worship, to help them advance spiritually.
In 1969, three couples - Mukunda and Janaki, Gurudas and Yamuna, and Shyamasundara and Malati - were inspired by Srila Prabhupada to start the first ISKCON center in London.
At the time, London was the music capital of the world, with bands like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Cream, and Moody Blues conquering global pop culture.
The devotees knew what they had to do to make an impact, and they approached it fearlessly. Befriending The Beatles, they went on to release the George Harrison-produced “Hare Krishna Mantra” single on The Beatles Apple record label. On its first day, the record sold 70,000 copies, and the Hare Krishna Mantra instantly became a household name. Within weeks, the devotees had appeared on Top of the Pops, singing “their song.” The Hare Krishna Movement in the UK had taken off!
Srila Prabhupada is the spiritual ambassador who visited our planet to give us the message of Godhead and invite us to come back home - back to Godhead.

Prabupad is Indian's nation hero. He is the true father of our culture. I cried , cried and cried watching this. Any official award from India is too tiny for him. Please- we should give him a recognition and award. Bharat Ratna !
We all should have a moment and thank Mohankrishna Prabhu for making such wonderful short films for us. He has put a lot of hardwork and effort behind this. He is such a kind soul and a great devotee. He never takes any credit for his hardwork. One day I had asked him that and he just simply said, "Krishna should be the center of attraction". He is such a great personality at this young age. I feel very very lucky and greatful to have his association.
No words. How much suffering and struggles he faced to deliver us from all the sins of billions of lifetimes. Never can we pay him back but can only lessen the burden by following his teachings. @@ushanikam33 Yes ISKCON has "positively washed my consciousness". The brain that is contaminated by sins like: drinking, meat eating, intoxication of any kind, engaging in irrelevant, unnecessary and self harming activities. ISKCON has helped me with all these habits and now: I'm a vegetarian, don't take intoxication of any kind (including tea and coffee), have better relationships, better career, better focus, the list goes on.... Just like you wash a dirty plate before eating, a dirty brain needs to be washed before it can work efficiently. Regarding watching those long list of videos, I have better things to do (chanting Krishna's names and focus on spiritual life, family, career etc). I would advise you to kindly do the same and experience things on your own before spreading any kind of negativity. Srila Prabhupada ki Jai Hare Krishna 😃🙏

One must be very aware that when commenting on any movie about Srila Prabhupada, that practically not only 90% of the footage used was captured by Yadubara Das prabhu, his American (Hollywood) disciple that worked endlessly to leave us Srila Prabhupada's image legacy; and but in this case here even parts are from a recent Movie realized by him. And let's never forget that when Srila Prabhupada was trying to preach in India not many cared to hear him, so please try not to throw the baby out with the bath water, and be careful not to disgrace the ones that have actually given you the possibility to even see Srila Prabhupada in Movies. All glories to all Vaishanavas, devotees of Lord Krsna

Srila Prabhupada's Teachings and Life is dedicated only and only for the welfare of others...He Lived only to Liberate Others, He wrote books to Elevate others, he built temples to build our consciousness. He was our second father. He always loved us like our children and sent many souls back home to godhead. His smile makes a thousand people smile and he if he would've not established iskcon, i would be suffering and would've been drowned in Maya. But he saved us from his books, his Vani and his mercy. Watching this movie i've cried and cried so much. The dedication and genuine devotion of the early devotees to Srila Prabhupada could be seen and felt so profoundly. All of them are so fortunate and are so blessed. I pray that after many births i may one day taste that divine ecstasy.

I saw him after his samadhi.i never knew who he was.he sat with me .told to wait and went.i waited .thn once decipline came he asked whom u ar waiting .i described .he showed me his statue and told he has already taken samadhi we were suprised .blessed
