Haha 😂 I hear ya! It felt so good to be back on an Oasis class ship. We forgot how much we loved them, it had been since the Symphony back in 2019/20 (can't remember) since we did an Oasis class. We booked the Utopia of the Seas next year and we can't wait!! Thanks for watching 😎🍻☀️

We've sailed on Oasis 4 times and Allure twice. Sailing on Wonder Oct 22nd 29th. Love Oasis class ships much more than Celebrity.

We just got back from our first Royal Caribbean cruise last week on Allure of the Seas. Ship was very impressive and loved the different shows. I originally had us with my time dining but it didn’t line up with the shows we had booked. Switched to early dine on day one.

We find the same thing which is why we like the earlier times. And honestly who doesn’t love getting late night pizza because you ate at 5:30 haha

Bayonne was straightforward to embark and disembark. The only complaint was one exit (one lane) to the overflow lot. It took longer to get out of the parking lot than off the ship and through customs.

Hey Ryan and Kala, what an awesome video! I’m so glad you enjoyed NYC. I live about 3 an a half hours north from there. Sorry about the street dog. The Fresh Bagel trucks in the morning are a better. We were on Oasis 2 weeks ago. It was our first time in Bayonne and first time on an Oasis-class ship. Embark / Disembark in Bayonne was the best ever. So super smooth. We loved the Oasis and will go again! Thanks for the great video - bringing back memories!

Great video as always, been watching your videos for a while now. As for our experience, the last two cruises, my wife and I have been on we did my time dining and always had our own table to ourselves and the same wait staff as well. I would say we had the same experience as you guys when it comes to the food though.

Great cabin tour. Loved the demo of how the TV moves back and forth on the mounting bracket. Hopefully nobody throws a *Dundie* through that plasma screen TV!! Those crab cakes in the MDR are the freakin' best. I think I could eat about 6 of them for the main course!! I have yet to try an Oasis-class ship. How would you say the crowds onboard compare to Quantum-class? We were on Anthem, and felt it was just too dang big and such long waits at bars, shows, etc. I found 6 ducks, kinda thinking I missed about 10 more??

Haha we knew you'd get that reference!! Ya the crowds and lines on Oasis class do tend to be a bit longer in some places. Especially for entertainment and events. You really have to get places super early to get spots. For the bars, the wait times aren't terrible usually because there's so many around the ship. Cafe promenade can get long too in the morning. Just expect it going in and be prepared to wait and you'll be ok! The Oasis ships are unlike any other! Definitely worth it to check out. Great job on the duck hunt, we had 14 so you did pretty well. You can request a table by yourselves prior to the cruise. You email RC dining about 30 days before the trip.

You're welcome! You must be so excited to cruise again. We find that Royal is really good with allergies. Kala is also a vegetarian so sometimes it can be a bit tough, she will generally place her order for food the day before. Indian food is always her safe bet if she doesn't like what's on the menu that day. I know on my two recent cruises we had the same waitstaff so each night they would review the next nights menu and go over what my wife could have and what they could make gluten free. Her Tiger Shrimp was made fresh and she got shrimp that were 4 times as big as the rest of us. So for us set dining time or for the second one we took we had a large group so we had the same staff each night, this helped a lot. If you ask they will be super helpful.

This sailing was our first family cruise we had a blast and it met our expectations. The weather was fantastic (minus half of the embarkation day) and COCO Cay especially south beach was the highlight for us. we did the Baha mar waterpark excursion and that was fun as well.

We honestly had great weather the whole time, even in a hurricane, we definitely got super lucky! We tried South Beach at CocoCay this time too and we loved it!! @@kala-ryanandkala I would go back to Baha mar, if u like water parks it’s fantastic. My only complaint about Baha Mar was that the food is super expensive. (25$ for cheeseburger no fries and 12$ for a bottle of water) Our excursion included a lunch and transportation to and from.

Ya we noticed a lot of the options didn’t include drinks or had all inclusive options. That’s why we went with breezes! But I’m sure it was a fun waterpark day and certainly less expensive than Atlantis I’m sure!

We had a great experience on Anthem back in april on the same route you guys took. We had a great time also with the my time dining. Tbh. we dont like to sit with others, we really enjoy having our little "fancy" dinner at night just the two of us. We had a pretty bad experience with MSC because they just seated us at a group table without telling us before... Great Video keep up the work. Maybe we will meet each other on a cruise one day :)

Hi Ryan and Kala! My wife and I are about to pick a cruise and we are having a hard time to decide going on the Symphony of the seas or The Oasis of the seas. Which one you would advise based on the shows and activities? Also we are bringing our 5 year old son, who seems just a few inches too small for some of the water slides. Thanks

Those are both great ships, I'd probably pick based on price and the itinerary because they're basically the same. The shows were different but equally fantastic on both ships, Symphony had Hairspray and Oasis was Cats. They are both long shows about 90 minutes so probably not fun for a 5 year old. They both have a great kids pool area with smaller water slides and I would suspect most of the activities are pretty similar. I hope that helps, if I had to pick one I'd say Symphony simply because it's newer but you really can't go wrong 🍻😎☀️

Yay! That's great glad you were enjoying the vlog! We both have full-time jobs with 4 weeks vacation so we do about 3 cruises per year or so. I think because the videos come out biweekly it may seem like we live on cruise ships lol! 😅

For this cruise I believe we used a company called Avoya. We shop around for group rates and who is giving extra perks. We use Crucon as well but their customer service isn't great but their perks can be. 😎🍻☀️

Did you have to request an Indian menu to have the meal shown?

Usually they just have the two Indian food options: a chicken option, and a vegetarian option Your best bet is to ask your waiter when you arrive at dinner! They’re delicious ❤

Question. If you have the ultimate drink package can you get two drinks each to go back to your room? Or do they only allow one at a time 🫣👀

They only allow 1 at a time, you could wait like 2-5 minutes and just get another or just go right to another bar immediately, that usually works😎☀️🍻

If you like Key Lime pie I suggest taking a cruise that stops at Key West. Get the Key Lime Pie at Blue Heaven...it's the best in Key West therefore the world
