The Elizabeth of the Trinity Series: Heaven in Faith, Episode 2

In August 1906, Elizabeth wrote Heaven in Faith, a short work outlining her main ideas on
prayer, as a gift for her sister, Guite, who was a wife and mother - teachings which can be
lived out fully, whether inside or outside the cloister. Our second episode explores the
practical ways in which we can live with God in our daily life; Mary as model of a
contemplative-in-action; and how to let ourselves be guided by the Holy Spirit.

At this powerfully rich time of Pentecost, & Holy Trinity Sunday, I have grown in my 'Praise of Glory'. I am so affirmed by the sharing of St. Elizabeth's growing in oneness with God. I am so very encouraged in my 'metanoia' (progressive & continual conversion). I pray that after studying (over & over) these beautiful teachings, that I will live as a reflection of the Light & Living Word of Christ, that others would come to know how very loved they are by: Abba Father, Jesus the Son & the Holy Spirit. Thank you, Fr. Liam & Dr. Joanne for sharing such the tremendous, life changing gift of St. Elizabeth of the Holy Trinity's life & teaching. God bless you! xo Catherine (Vancouver, Canada)

Thank you. Very interesting. It would be interesting to hear Joanne's thoughts on the other eight days of St Elizabeth's retreat.
