Double concrete walls like double hulls for a ship - in this case to insulate the patrons inside from the low frequency horns of ships sailing nearby . The inner structure balanced on springs within the outer receptacle .200,000 tonnes of RCC . This structure is impressive going simply by the stats - another German creation . Now for the music ...
I wonder who in this f***** planet can dislike such a great concert hall

This architecture is breathtaking. The concert hall has the embracing quality of a large but intimate living room, and I like what I can see of the organ installation. I can't wait to see it in person. Bravi tutti!

i will go there with my school we only had 100 tickets and i was really early so i got one we will go there after 6 days!SOOOO sick! I didnt know what that is actually...but now i do! It seems like a beautiful place but what the h e double hockeysticks is going on with the budget?!?!?! But I think it is really dumb to build something like that with that budget you know?They are exeggerating everything man!!!

Honestly this building from an architectural standpoint looks normal.......doesn't even hold a candle to Sydney opera house.....to add opera house like Harbin in China draw more attention......

It’s exterior is overhyped here. But, my goodness, that interior is jaw-dropping
