This is NOT a puzzle. It is a kit that needs to be assembled.

After the build is completed, can we lift the tower or will it fall apart?

Once assembled, the tower can be moved. The parts are assembled on top of each other and stand firmly. If it is moved, it must be lifted with the pad underneath.

If it doesn't require glue, why does it says "Wood Glue" on the box? What's the wood glue for?

The tower is made like a puzzle - it can be assembled and disassembled. If the parts are glued together with the glue, it becomes a whole.
