Во первых - очень медленно, с ненужными подробностями!!! И потом - зачем 30 минут запекать тонкие пласты баклажан? Это Слишком долго. Достаточно было замочить на 30 в солёной воде, с них бы ушла горечь и они стали бы эластичными и хорошо сворачивались.
