The worst excuse I got. Was that I’d provoked my ex into assaulting me. That was awful for me. And still is. It hurts so much just to think about it.

It broke my heart the day it happened I was planning a family with the person I never trusted him again. He was the last I'd ever meet.

Unfortunately, I can greatly relate. I fled FL with 2 suitcases and my 2 babies and fled our abuser. It has affected me greatly

If someone is stalking you or committing acts against you that make you feel like you are being abused or that they are violating you and you cannot find any kind of help...simply start saying and doing things that will at least get the police to watch you. once you are under police surveillance you will always have someone around who can ensure you are not being followed or that you are not being watched. and they can also monitor your area, so although they're surveillancing you they can also surveillance what's going on around you. I have unfortunately fallen victim to this myself and yes it kind of ruins your reputation but if no one will help you start acting out so that they at least surveillance you. once you are under surveillance and you are being watched and or followed and monitored by law enforcement they can actually ensure that no one else is watching or following you. it's sad that in this world people are able to manipulate the system and lie after causing so much harm and mental damage to a person but being forced into victimization sometimes puts us in tricky situations. We have to do what we have to do. Safety above all, protect yourself.

I may be "gone" too soon, EMOTIONAL violence can be much worse, u never know when it will start up again and it never really stops when the perp is mild mannered and mostly is apathetic about you and your associated needs and fears. YOU (me) is/are the problem according to the perp AND PUBLIC SAFETY. And the PUBLIC SAFETY will be worried about controlling you/ME (the victim), esp if anything blew up emotionally and PUB SAFETY didn't know its role as usual, NO INTERVENTIONs happen in a timely way cause NOBODY CARES to begin, and this is esp. true Re: PUBLIC SAFETY. I guess the safety consists in them being forced to NOT DO ANYTHING and maybe it gets them mad as hell. NO ONE ONLINE TALKS ABOUT THIS, especially the psychiatry advocates here. Look and see. NOTHING exists to help SILENCED VICTIMS of NICE MEN WHO WILL NEVERTHELESS OBLITERATE YOU IF ITS CONVENIENT 4 their daily routine, but not a mark will show on HER body.... So SHE IS PROBABLY THE PERP according to PUBLIC SAFTEY, the prosecutors, judges and aldermen of your town, probably the mayor too

I found that after the abuse I was afraid of dating anyone stronger then me because I did not want to feel like I couldn’t escape if they turned on me.
