As an avid 3d printer as well as a novice terrain maker I blend both. I 3d print dungeon tiles and scatter terrain and build most of my caverns, etc. These guys make some great stuff and I just purchased a couple of their sets (using the discount code of course!)

That’s awesome! I’m definitely starting to think that a blending of the two mediums is probably the best way to craft. But that’s just my personal opinion.

Nothing wrong with blending hand-made with 3d prints. Not all folks have time, energy, or drive to create terrain, but they want to use terrain. This is great to see a company that makes stl files AND also print them to order.

I think finding a balance between the two is the ticket honestly. I need to invest in a 3D printer because there’s honestly things I can picture that I don’t know that I could or would want to try to create!

They have free models for STL! Grabbing one, gonna test it out on my 3d printer... and if that turns out well... I am off to the races! Already got some great minis, but not a lot of terrain, and this might just fill that niche!

I would imagine it could potentially vary based upon your printer? But I don’t have one (man I need one!) so I’m just guessing, based upon the models we received I think you’ll be very happy with their products! And this is absolutely a way to fill that Void in my opinion!

I regularly order from 3D printers to supplement my foam built terrain. There’s no shame in mixing it up.

While I absolutely prefer to make my terrain by hand, I can completely understand that some dont enjoy crafting by hand, dont want to or cant. 3D printing has really opened up a brilliant option for everyone. This company sounds like a perfect option for everyone to use

They sure seem that way to me! And I think finding a middle ground, or using a kind of hybridization of the two mediums could REALLY open some doors at the table!
