This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my KZread channel 5 months ago about self development. Now I have 339 subs and almost > 100 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place.

I started my channel a few months ago after procrastinating for years🤣🤣 I'm learning about editing as I go along. I'm actually enjoying tbh. I will improve as I go along as I also have a full-time job and other commitments. I don't have a fancy camera, I just use my phone to film. But so far I've been consistent. Thanks for your vlog😁

Jane, you have no idea how much your channel helped me get the courage to finally start uploading videos. I started with shorts the other day, and I already have more than 3000 views and 15 subscribers. It is not a lot but it means so much to me.

I've tried to look at sooooooo many youtube videos about getting started and yours is the FIRST video that I watched from the beginning to end. You're straight to the point, not wandering all over and gave me exactly what I was looking for. No unnecessary talking which I hate and is a waste of my time. Thank you sooooooo much for staying on point!!!! Great info. I think I can move forward with the info you've provided!

I’ve had my KZread channel for many years but finally started my KZread show in Jan 2024. I’m soooo happy I did it. I want it to grow but it’s more about my creative fulfillment and having a voice than growing a channel. It’s really hard staying motivated. I been on KZread for 8 years. Posted and deleted MANY videos. Then I would post, disappear for a year then post again. It’s discouraging editing for 2 days to get 10 views. I kept telling myself my life was boring and people wouldn’t watch me cause I don’t have a “extravagant home” or post these lavish lifestyles that they want to see.

I've been watching videos all week to prepare for my youtube channel launch (1st video will be up this week 🤞) and yours has been the most helpful one so far and I haven't even finished watching it! thank you for creating this. it's so daunting sometimes to see super big creators give advice and specially when scared of the 0 views count once i post but thank you for making me feel a bit at ease x

This. Was. So. Relevant. I've been planning to start a channel to upload advice for potential Japanese Government scholarship applicants so it's very niche but your intro video has helped me set up the basics in just a matter of hours. There's more to do in terms of monitoring trends of course but for now this is good enough to get going since the application window means I have to get the content out there quickly, I'll broaden my horizons with time.
