I’m really glad you take the time out of your day to record an intro for the KZread audience. It doesn’t feel like you’re just uploading highlights from stream, but are really curating runs for us to view.

Just want to thank Frost and Andrew both for the ridiculously frequent quality content on behalf of those of us in timezones who can't make the streams

The easiest way to go infinite in Slay The Spire: 1) go for an elite at 12 hp 2) win 3) now you realize that you don't actually need that infinite

I love that since Frost could mostly autopilot the game during the infinites, he had a lot of time to talk with the viewers and share his special Frost charisma

The exact opposite argument could be made for the silent. Imo, she’s the easiest character to learn, but the hardest to use when playing optimally.

Just started playing watcher the other day as a new-ish player after taking a look at merl's guide. Beat the heart 4 times in a row ascension 1-4 with the last 3 runs being infinites, and the first run was one or two removed cards away from infinite. Obviously not impressive for most, but shows how strong it is if someone as bad as me can get some easy wins. Tantrum/eruption+, inner peace, and rush down is so op and easy to build.

Hm this does make me think, madness on watcher does seem crazy powerful if you can have it target it getting on wrath or calm cards, especially if you have rushdown in play. Infinite energy generation for silly stuff like conjure blade

from the city onwards I was hoping you'd find the violet lotus so that you could use wreath of flame and speed up your infinite. I hope you didn't get too much RSI from this one!

I love how act three + heart fight takes about 2/3 of this video's run time.

This is actually how I managed to get ascension 20 on the watcher, but everybody else is 6-8 😂 honestly feels cheap but it’s the only achievement I have left

I love VR, VR made experiences are pretty mid tier, I have purchased & refunded many titles because they are short. What I found is the real gold mine of VR are games that include VR capability, like the original Subnautica, Payday 2, and Thumper. And then there is Superhot VR, Tilt Brush, Beat Saber, Sword & Sorcery, and Half Life Alex as solid VR titles.

Yeah would agree, i beat heart on asc 20 on defect like 2 times out of 10 runs and cant beat asc 10 on watcher.

The only problem I have is that you go so fast I can't tell what's going on half the time 😭

Because he had everything he needed to go infinite. It's better to remove the cards you don't need than to add draw cards cause you need to get to a point in a fight where your entire deck fits in your hand.

the "infinite" runs are most boring ones. You just gain some combo pieces and you just can't lose. I mean the whole point of playng any vidya is some kind of challenge and if you just lose opportunity to LOSE challenge pretty much just gone
