I love how instead of overlaying a simple grain texture, Dehancer actually reconstructs the entire image out of grain which makes it feel very authentic and analogue which is just so visually pleasing.
Aaron, thanks a lot for your review! The results came out pretty awesome! Our team is here, please feel free to ask any questions below this comment :) and cannot wait for the giveaway results!
my favorite is how easy the overall platform looks easy to use and time saving
Favorite color grade out there, wish I had it!
My favourite feature is definately the grain. The grain structure looks SOOOO real that I still can't understand how they do it.
That film grain option is insane, very natural looking LUTs as well.
My fav feature is the film compressor, i always use it for having better highlight rolloff. :D
I have the ‘light’ version. Would LOVE the full version! 🙏🏼🙏🏼 my favourite feature is the realistic grain.
I am pretty new to plugins but having so many options under one plugins looks insane!
Tried the trial and loved the character dehancer gave to images.
Turning a digital content into a film like a masterpiece!!
Because it seems to be the best film emulator you can get! And let’s be honest, everything should look as film as possible!
I love that it has Kodak 2383 film. Whoa, can't wait to try it!
The Halation function is the best for me!!!!! Its a game changer!!! Congrats from Brazil
Love the halation and bloom of dehancer
I love grain option.
MY favourite feature would be the organic halation
The Film Stock options are really varied!
Tools seem very intuitive and easy to apply after a few basic corrections!
Definitely looks like a solid tool to get good looking color. I’d love to try out the LUTs and film grain. Thanks for the tutorial!
Dehancer really is such a game changer!! It looks so good.
Honesty dehancer looks is so good to give a unique feel to 3d
Hey Aaron, big fan of your channel! Because of your channel I changed my XT4 for an XH2S. I simply love your videography. The Dehancer License would be absolutely great for me - I am getting married in October and want to let a friend shoot the day with my XH2S. Dehancer would help me to realize my ideas pretty neatly - the film grain looks soooooo good! Also - you know that a marriage in times of inflation very easily becomes quite expensive...:) lots of love from Germany, Felix
Great review! Liking the feel already.
I love how Dehancer comes equipped with many different looks especially with me starting to get into colour grading and filming a music video soon that will fit within a nostalgic look that this offers. Thank you for the video it was great and I learned a lot from it!!
Love the organic filmic looks you can achieve with dehancer, awesome video
Thanks Aaron! Love the whole approach Dehancer has, and their grain options in particular.
Great content. Overlays are my favorite
Great video! I think the halation is definitely the thing that grabs my attention from this plugin. I can do a similar effect with the stock tools, but having that in an all-in-one easy tool is really enticing. Feels like you can get good results quickly, which seems great for quick turnarounds.
The variety of stocks and the look of the grain itself is a big reason, but I just love the look of halation. Great video Aaron!
Perfect color grading!
I've got a trial version but man oh man, i really like the amount of film stocks you can choose is crazy...... Dehancher is literally changing the game for color grading.. thank you so much for sharing...❤🎉
Large number and variety of film stocks!
Need that lovely Dehancer for fcpx.. ❤️🔥
Great video and thanks for the walkthrough! I hope to up my video game with Dehancer some day.
Great stuff, I'm planning to pick up an XH2S from Fuji soon, or the XS20. Documenting my son's first trip to my home country. Would love to apply Dehancer to get that film look and achieve a more emotional and nostalgic feel. Bless.
Great review. What I like the most about Dehancer is halation and bloom adjustment settings. I always struggle to achieve that using built in effects in Davinci, This plugin makes it much easier, Best regards.
The “one click” simulations, the possibility of avoiding filters by using those“bloom and halation” commands . And the grain. Hard to pick just one. It’s pretty great tbh 🎉
Great video man! Dehancer looks like an amazing tool.
Great review and tutorial! I will try the iOS app.
It provides a lot of creative moods so you. can enjoy and use!
NICE REVIEW!
Want to test it !
these two new features are probably going to tip me over to finally buying this..

What an awesome tool! Halation is the coolest
Literally spent the last few days looking for this kinda thing to apply to a project I’ve been working on recently. The film grain looks amazing. Couldn’t be better timed!

I love how simple they make it, saving up to get it myself but will try my luck here in the comment section :)
Very interesting video 😅
I'm a heavy Final Cut Pro X user and I have been looking for a solution to emulate film looks to the point that I am ready to purchase Davinci Resolve Studio. Have to purchase Dehancer Pro still with Davinci until they released a version for Final Cut. Now I have to choose between getting Davinci Studio or Dehancer Pro. Thanks to this video

@@itsaaronmiller wow if I won, I won't have a need to purchase Davinci Studio. that's amazing man!
Helation....🎉🎉
Let me do a cool color too, pls!
I use your exact set up basically. I’m trying to work out a way to edit with dehancer in davinci wide gamut space - but if you use CST to bring it into DWG then out again, Dehancer doesn’t seem to like it, whether you put Dehancer in between the CST node or once it’s back in rec709. The looks are all weird and cyan. Not sure if it’s because davinci STILL doesn’t have support for flog2 (I use Arri Log c) or what. Which colour space do you work in? What’s your node flow on this?
Giveaway!! :D
Da Bloom
I love dehancers loook on brown skin.
A lot of pro colorist does use Dehancer, so in essence you’re using one of the same tools as them.
Does it only slow your computer down when you apply it? Or after download is the entire computer slow…
@itsaaronmiller

Only slows it down when enables on a node. And really only grain and other film characteristic settings slow it down
