@@rababchisty wait no I think she meant, WHY ARE YoU STILL USING RETAINERS, just give up already, you don’t need absolutely perfect teeth, it will shift, but it won’t be as bad as it was originally.

I am an orthodontist haha....it is easy for me to keep them!

I use a tooth brush to scrub it with soap even after the retainer cleaner

OK why are they so cloudy still after cleaning??

They get rough from stretches and stuff over those 20 years

I don’t have retainers I have a night guard. I use those tablets and put it in my ultrasonic cleaner lol

Cool, I do this too! (But mine are only a year old)

I clean mine with two bc one doesnt do it

I do it but the cleanser only takes 5 min so idk about you

How often do you recommend cleaning them?

it is best to clean them everyday either brush them with soap or do the cleaners

Yes, you eventually only have to where it at night instead of “full time”; for me I only had to wear it “full time” for 3 months after.

Retainers are like £40 I’m sorry but 20 years I would be replacing mine every 5 at most 10 years
