❗️Warning, I recommend using ingredients in grams as this is a more accurate and correct recipe! * Cup = 200ml
🍰 Dough:
3 egg yolks
a pinch of salt
80 g (6 tbsp / 2.8 oz) powdered sugar
90 g (1 stick and slightly more) melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
300 g (2 cups / 10.5 oz) flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
Baking pan 25 cm
🧁 Cream
40 g (3 tbsp / 1.4 oz) cornstarch
100 g (1/2 cup / 3.5 oz) sugar
2 eggs
500g (2 1/3 cups / 1 pound) Greek yogurt
🫐 400 g fresh blueberries
Assemble the cake as in the video
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C / 350 F for 50 minutes
Let the cake cool completely. 2-3 hours in the refrigerator will stabilize the cream
powdered sugar (optional)

Hi. just a random passerby. I have never eaten yogurt cake before so I don't know what it tastes like. One question: Is the cake taste really sour due to the yogurt? I don't mind it because I like yogurt but most of my family member doesn't handle sour foods well. And I wouldn't want to add much sugar because it would be too sweet for me though.....So, I wanted to ask for confirmation first before I made it. The yogurt cake looks so delicious though.

Ik heb hem gemaakt vandaag maar ik heb het met gele roompudding gemaakt want mijn griekse yoghurt was op 😊😊😊😊. Hij ziet er overheerlijk uit en ik heb het recept voor het deeg gebruikt en is prima gelukt zo met het deeg in de vorm te duwen met je handen . Dank je wel voor je overheerlijke recept 😊😊😊😊. Ja, gefrorene Blaubeeren sind in Ordnung. Blaubeeren auftauen und überschüssige Feuchtigkeit entfernen.
Hallo und danke für das tolle Rezept. Ich hab es nachgebacken und mich sehr genau an die Zutatenlisten und das Video gehalten. Leider brauchte mein Kuchen fast 90 Minuten und ist bei weitem nicht so hoch gegangen wie der tolle Kuchen im Video. Bräunungsgrad, dem Video entsprechend,war nach 87 Minuten erreicht. Ich hab einen elektrischen Backofen und hab auf mittlerer Schiene bei 180 Grad mit Vorheizen gebacken. Allerdings hab ich in einer Emailleform gebacken, da ich keine Glasform besitze. Wo liegt mein Fehler? Über eine Antwort würde ich mich sehr freuen. Danke.

Legen Sie den Kuchen auf die unterste Schiene im Ofen, heizen Sie den Ofen auf 200 °C vor und senken Sie die Temperatur auf 180 °C, nachdem Sie den Kuchen in den Ofen gestellt haben. Es ist normal, wenn es länger dauert, als im Rezept angegeben, denn Öfen funktionieren anders. Das Wichtigste ist, dass die Oberseite des Kuchens aufsteigt und sich aufbläht. Dann fällt die Oberseite des Kuchens nach unten und ist nach dem Abkühlen flach.

Good morning Berlin, how are you doing today? This cake looks so creamy and delicious it can be presented for the American tea table on the 4th of July. It looks such a treat. Using the Greek Yogurt makes it low less in calories and most enjoyable for eating. The ingredients are all well measured and well mixed therefore the baking results should prove successful. Je ne suis pas sûr. Il ne sera pas très bon avec les framboises et les mûres, car cette baie se comporte surtout à la cuisson. Je recommanderais des cerises, des abricots ou des ananas, par exemple.
