I've never had lemon cookies, i made these and they turned out amazing. I accidentally added too much lemon juice so they're a bit too sour but otherwise they taste amazing and are super super easy to make. Also the way they look are so cute ❤️

The lemon pajama top and the summer (l'été) tee, Gabie really is going all out with the theme. 🍋🏖️☀️

these cookies are so nice..I've made them twice so far and contemplating making them again today! I'd recommend leaving them in the fridge for as long as possible, they tasted best when I let them rest for ~2 hours in the fridge, then once I had rolled them into balls and covered in icing I put them back in the fridge for another ~3 hours. It really makes such a difference in how the cookies taste!

가비님 요리는 늘 밸런스가 좋은 것 같아요. 늘 믿고 만드는데 실패한 적이 없습니다! 만들기도 쉽고 보슬보슬하고 은은하게 레몬 향 나서 맛있어요. 위에 레몬글레이즈 까지 뿌리면 더 맛있게 먹을 수 있어요

저 두번이나 했는데 처음에는 식물성마가린을 버터인줄알고 사서 반죽이 완전 묽었지만 그냥 어떻게 더스팅 해서 나름 맛은 좋게 했거든요 두번째는 버터 하고 냉장 30분 넘게 했는데 뭐가 문제인지 반죽이 너무 묽어요 그리고 가비님처럼 저렇게 옹심이 안되고 그냥 다 퍼져버려요 ㅠ 아 힐링하려다 킬링

Swedish cookie called Drömmar (Dreams in english) that completley melts in your mouth You should try making the Gabie, they are delicious. There is different versions with coconut, saffron, lemon but my favourite is the original one:) 50 g butter or margarine 1,5 dl sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar 0,5 dl cooking oil or canola oil 0,5 teaspoon of ammonium carbonate (in Swedish Hjorthornssalt) 2dl wheat flour (2 dl corresponds to 120 g) Set oven to 150˚C. Stir in butter, sugar and vanilla sugar smoothly. Add the oil a little at a time while stirring. Mix the ammonium carbonate salt with some of the flour and stir into the dough. Work in the rest of the flour. Roll small balls of dough. Place them on plates with baking sheet paper. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the plate.
