You can land on trees but you have to land on the top and it has to be a specific tree

If GIM Studios would've made more animations for the eagle, it would have reach so much more potential. At a 90$ price tag, the animator underutilized it a ton.

I think they were working on the animals before the issues with unreal and unity popped up but I'm not sure. Oh wow $90!

American here! ^-^ Thank you for doing that, I am suprised that made me happy. o.o I dont usually care for country stuff anyway I am so happy they added birds in this game! :D Hope they do an actual breeding system and have baby animals realistically as I notice they just spawn in after click breed. ^ ^" Btw thanks for trying the tree at the end, was curious of you could land in a tree. ;3; If so some of those trees are missing a collider which is what you need to land on the tree model. Game designer here btw, but not for this game I have my own in the works and still learning but I know some experience.

Oh hi there 😁 I watched the alien movie Independence day before recording so that inspired me. A few people mentioned that I could have landed on the top of the tree but I still need to test that. Oh what game are you making?

I didint know I needed an eagle untill I got this one. Now every bird in other games just suck hahaha. This thing is really nicely put together.

I recently got the wilds and the controls aren't very clear. Can you please tell me which control on keyboard allows me to fly?

Only buy it now if you like playing beta and/or alpha builds of games. If you don’t like playing beta and/or alpha builds, you might want to wait until after the Forest biome is complete. Oh, and custom key bindings is not in the game yet. A warning if you do buy it: some updates will erase your save files.

The big difference between this game and The Cenozoic is that The Wilds is single player. Your mate is AI. If you don’t want to socialise with people but still want to play an Animal survival game, then this game will be for you. If you want to hang out with friends in game, then TCE will be your 1st choice. Also, TCE is free were this game has a tiny price tag. Like BlackMaleLion said some updates might erase your save file and if you don't have an issue with early access games you should be fine. Both The Wilds and TCE devs are super active and constantly fixing and expanding their games. For me, I have both. Simply because sometimes I want to play an animal survival game but im not in the mood for people.

I am not sure. At the moment the Dev is trying to move the game from Unity to Unreal so that is taking up most of the development time at the moment.

Someone in the comments said that the Eagle can sit on the top of the trees. I still need to test it out.
