The Dungeon That SHOCKED The Entire Destiny Community is a story about Spire of the Watcher, Destiny's newest dungeon in Season of the seraph for destiny 2 witch queen. This is a tex machina themed dungeon with the weapons long arm being a baby dead mans tale, wilderflight a grenade launcher that shoots two at once, Liminal Vigil a stasis side arm, Terminus Horizon a machine gun and of course the returning seventh seraph weapons. In this dungeon we fight the bosses either solo or with a team Persys Sol Divisive and definitely not consecrated Mind harpy. This dungeon video covers the entirety of the dungeon including the lore, the exotics hierarchy of needs, the triumphs including untarnished grit, Osiris, Eramis, the witness, ana Bray, and the guardian. Strap in, Strap Up, Cowboy Dungeon Time!

The “step in the pool that an enemy drops and then shoot things with the buff that the pool gives you” is nowhere else in the game……?
Soteria, the Augur Mind is not a Vex, it's a Golden Age AI made using Vex technology so it could simulate and predict habitable worlds outside the Solar System. In trying to escape the Collapse it got fragmented by Clovis and almost entirely trapped within the Ares Spire (the dungeon), one fragment of it that escaped was piloting a ship that *most likely* became Neomuna. When we raided the Spire the rest of Soteria, which is now basically non-functional, escaped to the closest host, wich was the exotic bow, so basically the bow has an AI running trajectory simulations, that is why the tracking arrows are a thing
@abhinandhari7812

Damn
I think we lost. I believe this dungeon is how the Witness learns about Neonuma and then erased the data. Basically the first and second encounters were just a distraction while the Wyvern boss got the goodies then set the spire to destroy itself. All we did was prevent the destruction of the tower.
The music that plays in the first jumping puzzle is actually Tchaikovsky’s 6th symphony, first movement, which is about the internal struggle between light and dark. I find that symbolism pretty awesome!

The best part about this is that it's not merely a soundtrack to the scene. If you play the jumping puzzle with no music, the piece will still play in the background, meaning it was canonically playing in the environment.

Same here! The change started when I tried master and got smacked around cus I wasn't as close to power level. It keeps me engaged and is genuinely fun 😂
My favorite part about the side arm is that its shooting cadence sounds like the trotting of horses. Also, the bow is very thematic to it's gameplay. A lot of people are saying that it should be easier to use much like Ticuu's Divination, but I think that ease of use is what makes Ticuu's exotic to begin with. Hierarchy of Needs is a higher skill weapon that requires proper placement and map awareness to make you reach full potential, much like how it's namesake references Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, whose pinacle tenet is for a person to self-actualize their potential. Unironically, you need to "get good" for you to maximize the damage from the empowered shots, which basically do special weapon linear fusion levels of damage on primary ammo weapon, sorta like Tarrabah.
What's crazy is that the bow has a secret interaction with Warmind Cells. If you shoot one, the Guidance Ring is huge and takes up most of your screen. I don't know if this was intentional but if it was, that's awesome

The Vex of the Black Guardian were always Loyal to the Witness. Subtext & symbolism were the context since D1s campaign and the Unveiling Lore book back in Shadow keep all but confirmed it without naming them explicitly. I loved the idea of seeing the Sol Divisive because they really are an incredibly unique concept. What happens when machines who've master the routecode of creation encounter the dark counterpart of creation's creators, literal God(s). Some runaway, some find "faith". I need more lore and encounters with'em
I will be watching that intro more times than I can count...it's just perfect.
10:22 is my favorite clip from the video. I was wheezing because I didn't expect that sound from Evan
The intro on this vid bro… excellent visuals, excellent background sound choice too. Grainy overlay and film burn was a nice touch too. Love the overall western vibe production on this vid.
Just did my solo flawless, the first bosses eyes are annoying to shoot and made damage shorter because something always prevented me from getting the full time. But this is a great dungeon, and I like that we can call ourselves space cowboy electricians

i think every dungeons are good and unique in their own way 1. throne (very first dungeon and ascendant plane aesthetic) 2. pit (has the most "dungeon" vibe out of all) 3. prophecy (synthwave aesthetic, also best dungeon IMO) 4. grasp (best first time experience and pirate, i think? idk this is my least favorite dungeon) 5. duality (best combat experience and best weapon design) 6. spire (wild west style, and i love the verticality in this dungeon)

Literally what we were talking about while making this video, super similar to the old Aperture offices in Portal 2.
I love your videos evan, keep it coming
You can make warming cells with that new exotic bow, you just have to have wrath of Rasputin on and then it can only happen when you shoot through the ring since gives solar splash damage
There's alot more to soteria, i recommend reading the weapon lore, she's an ai who helped discover neomuna
When it comes to recycling concecrated mind, i can personally overlook it. It kinda implies that this sort of boss harpy is common amonst the vex that worship the witness and well garden isnt really a common raid that most people do so taking the better boss from there and reusing it i think is fine.

Bro sick video always great and entertaining watching you thank you!!
The new season of cowboy bebop looks sick
Oh Evan there is a hidden perk on the exotic bow. If you shoot ( from the hip like you're doing the ring thing) a warmind cell with it while you have the ring thing charged it will make the ring much larger. But it really should make cells without needing wrath.
Great video, as always

After a bit of farming and some blessings from RNGesus, I managed to get a roll with Corkscrew Rifling, Accurized/Flared Magwell, Compulsive Reload, Explosive Payload, with a ranged masterwork. This thing effing SLAPS in any activity. I am convinced this is the godroll and no one can tell me different. I also got a roll with Smallbore, Steady Rounds, Hipfire Grip, and Opening Shot with a ranged masterwork, but it doesn't feel nearly as good as the first roll.
Those tumbleweeds kept me in a calabrese orbit and I was just trying to play PvP that day. I couldn't even manually log out lol
Another banger, per usual

Dude getting calabresed by the tumbleweed in the boss room every twelve seconds was a true destiny experience
The tumbleweed pushed me the first time and it legit threw me for a loop
At first, I said that Bungie may be running out of ideas. Now, I'm certain that they're completely out of ideas.
Evan's accent is killer/cursed, I can't tell lmao
Eramis could not have more clearly left those for us to find, my guy
I wasn't sold on it at first but its really became one of my favorites. Probably 2nd or 3rd after Prophecy and GoA. I like that it lets you go fast if you know what you're doing. Especially in the first encounter, flying through and clearing every floor without ever losing the buff is a blast.
4:15 To 4:17 to be fair. With the fact that we are in like… year 5 of D2 and with the fact that they keep adding and removing new mechanics for different activities I don’t blame them with choosing something as flexible as pasta to hold things together…

I was actually happy to see it used in something like a Dungeon. While it's raid is pretty, I hate the mechanics in it. Here? I'm fine seeing it. Plus, it's not like just dungeons reuse bosses: everything the game reuses bosses. Having an intro raid boss reused once since it was launched isn't exactly that head scratching. Shadowkeep is a few years old now, some people have never stepped into the raid, so why not let them get a taste of it?
with LFG down, I had hoped it would be back up soon, they said after the weekend, I waited, last day of the week came and still nope and with my discord not working, most other sites being dead or just shitty LFGs, I originally had gotten to the first boss solo but than in the last hour before reset discord worked, took ages for a server to worked cause of some confirmation, and beat the final boss with 30 minutes left
Funny cool rundown vid :)
Evan f has become my favorite destiny KZreadr dude is funny af especially that garden of salvation video had me dying

This dungeon is a total blast, I think they knocked it out of the park. I think you’re being too hard on them Re: Akelus, it’s an enemy model only used once before, and most players have never played that GoS encounter so it’s brand new to them. GREAT video by the way, the opening was super entertaining 😂
This Dungeon, and the constant Calabrese errors is what ACTUALLY flagged my account as Restricted, and I despise that damn tumbleweed since.

I don't know if this happens to other people. But wyverns almost always push me through the floor with their jump attack. You know, so that i fall to my death. So when i saw that the boss was a wyvern. I actually screamed and almost started crying. And yes... I got pushed through the floor 2 times in the reactor room.
Hell yeah, brother.
When I tried the dungeon I didn't know I could shoot the nodes...................I punched/meled every node
not gonna lie, i read the buff as antarctican the first time around and almost screamed.

The new video on this channel that SHOCKED the entire destiny 2 community………for the 700th time
Ya know, I wouldn’t mind this dungeon if I didn’t have to run it 50+ without getting the hat. The legendary helmet should not be rarer than the exotic. Seriously. I’m so worn out of this dungeon.
Nah nah this is the among us raid persus ain't got nothing on me, while I'm doing wires
Evan: "and is mostly a really fun encounter" Captions (took that personally): "and is mostly uninteresting"
short clarification. Soteria is actually a A.I made with vex tech by Maya Sundaresh as a prediction machine to simulate the best possible paths for travel to another galaxy, as of the joint operation of Clovis Bray and the Ishtar collective in the Ares spire facility. the A.I tried to send these ECHO ships to escape after discussing with Rasputin about the coming threat (the Black fleet) after predicting an anomaly which was mobile in real time, but later was trapped and put away by Clovis, but not before ripping a piece of itself (a submind so to say) and send it off on the last ECHO craft, while the main A.I Soteria was trapped in the Ares Spire by a Pillory protocol sor a long time since the collapse. until we arrive and freed it and what remains of her escaped went into the bow we use now. this is no new vex leadership, it was once the one who became the catalyst that would bring the city in lightfall to be what it is.
Not booping your head was the hardest thing to do next to not landing on those fan blades
15:04 speaking of DMT catalyst
nice intro my dude
I liked consecrated mind, so im happy to see him back
Great video. Humour, thoughtful comments. Even the whinging was done in. A positive way. Bigger destiny you tubers should take note. Good job and subscribed.
I was FULLY getting a vibe that we were gonna run into TREVOR again and everyone I talked to felt the same.
Frankly, I think it makes sense in-universe that we’d see another gigantic Harpy boss. The Vex are robots, (well, they’re organic computer juice inside of robots) it makes sense that they’d mass produce the different kinds of Minds. Just be glad we haven’t had to face an army of skyscraper sized Minotaurs, Hydras, or Wyverns yet!
@airo2theknee846
Жыл бұрын
Although to be fair, a skyscraper-sized Minotaur would be awesome.
The only shocking thing is how bad my RNG is. I must’ve farmed that first encounter 30 times or more and I’ve still yet to get the stupid helmet. _I just want my warlock drip, Bungie._
I really don't mind them reusing the boss from garden because lets be honest, the only reason people do garden for is div, and after that no one is willingly going back to play that raid, so this is like the one boss in the game that they can reuse since most players have only done it once
Pit of heresy had a ton of verticality too and you didn’t even mention the cowboy hat armor everyone went bonkers for.
