B1 is responsible for autonomic nervous function, i.e., not blinking enough

20 years old Male. It has been about 4 years since my eyes aren't comfortabe. Local opthalmologist dignosed it dry eyes. I feel discomfort when I am indoor. But I feel comfortable when I am outdoor in a free-space. I don't know whether it is an allergey or what. I have used tens of eyedrops. I went to some ophthalmologist but none worked out except being outdoor during the day. Any advice?

please can you help my eyes? I suffer with dry-eyes for years, blocked ducts, bletharitis and growing cataracts for years. this year my husband has had heart failure and heart attack, when he is usually my own carer as I am ill and disabled, and therefore we have been confined totally to home and bed. my only contact with the outside world has been the internet, except for having to pay for carers each day. my eyes are so very wet, extremely sore and inflamed. and painful. i use dry-eye drops, and led spray. but they see to have got so much worse that I can hardly bear to read or work. please can you advise me. I would be so grateful. Rose Fenton
