The Drippers were joined by Mikkey Dee (Motörhead, Scorpions, King Diamond etc.) on stage for a rocking performance of the Motörhead classic Iron Fist (from the 1981 album Iron Fist).

The Drippers is an action rock band from Göteborg formed in 2016.
The band's second album Scandinavian Thunder is out on all platforms.

Cool stuff ! Mikkey Dee sounds really rock 'n' roll here, with the same roll as Philthy :) ! I didn't know that Mikkey could play without his heavy metal sound and technical stuff (like in his King Diamond years).

Very cool to see Mikkey being prepared to play some Motörhead, it's got to be a little bittersweet. And while no one can match Lemmy you did a good job. My only gripe is the bass signal being a little too clean :)

What are you talking about? He was presented with a drumming award in his hometown and people wanted him to play a song. We joined him and played Iron Fist since our band was playing that night and it was the only Motörhead song we had rehearsed. He didn't get a penny for doing it, it was only good fun.

@@bramjanssens9996 no harm done! I don't think we have to worry about Mikkey, he's got a solid gig as the drummer for Scorpions since over 5 years haha. So he's still doing A-list stuff in the rock world💪

He received a drumming award, and they asked him to do a song. Our band was playing that night so we were asked to play a song with Mikkey. This is the only Motörhead song we had rehearsed so we chose it. What's your problem?
