That’s what I like too. But I think a lot of people don’t really care about the testing stuff, which is weird to me! That’s like the only stuff I really like to watch. I a lot of people just like to watch the build process only.
Twin charged drift miata. Also I had a similar instance with '98 regal gs where cylinder 3 kept misfiring and it was a hairline crack in the EGR tube

I think I speak for all viewers when I say we wanna see more of whatever was going on at 8:38. My boy was getting crunk.
I do honestly love both of these cars. Good coverage of fun driving options and seemingly great platforms to work on. Super happy to see Ryan again, love the install vids with you two and any other squad members. Thought the Instagram Miata cross pollination would be bringing in some more views because the newer videos are great. I think some of us that subbed for the ST are taking a bit to jump into the newer content.
Try looking at your battery positive terminal. Sometimes when you drift the battery can slide back and the positive can hit the the metal bracket that holds it if its not coverd by the rubber boot. Happened ton me in my nb and it would kill the engine partialy when i would take a bump. If you have a crank sensor code its a sign.
Personally like seeing you drift but some turbo noises never hurt anybody. Glad that compression is fine, hope you figure out the misfire!
I would rather see you build the car, too clean to drift :)

I would enjoy the drifting if it wasn't a miata, was really hoping for an e36 but that's of course my opinion lol. Given the miata is here, ill watch whatever you post either way

could it be the vvt going out? i think someone i know is having a similar problem and he says its his vvt going out (also has a nb2)

Check the injectors could be the original ones still
Just pull a Greg Peters and run a broke and boosted setup 😅 heat soak isn't ideal on track for turbo Miatas though

It’s the car. Miata’s are anti climatic if you aren’t an enthusiast or spec racing. Even if it was built and turbo, it realistically wouldn’t be anymore exciting to watch than an SR20 S13 unfortunately(not being a dick).

As for the misfire, it’s probably the injectors or a cvvt. Scan the car with an obd reader and see what you have codes for.
Oh no gringe i have not watched it yet but plz dont tell me its done ;(
