it got me thinking...their original plan was to exhaust the red dragon fire breat first, but if they did that it may use all of its fuel and our party may not even be able to find falin's bones 😱

Laios either has a higher tolerance to pain, or mending a severed bone doesn't hurt as much as snapping broken ones

Thats what i thought, Chilchuck and Senshi screamed and Laios was like nothing happened.. i am going with the high tolerance to pain theory. -Leon

I also have another theory he is currently high on adrenaline, and wont feel the pain until the adrenaline wore off

I feel like their injuries were worse than Laios's and that's why they hurt more. chilchuck had a bad head injury and Senshi's body was crushed.

probably senshi and chilchuck has more internal damage like broken bones or brain injury and while with laios its just reattaching the leg

Clarification, his plan was to get his leg bitten so he could hang upside down and stab the vulnerable part of the dragon!

There were a few bad translations and subtitles in this episode. First off, the smol Namari was supposed to say "I never said that" (in regards to adamantine repelling dragon fire, she only said it could stop a fang). Second, Chilchuck said "Did you..." rather than "It's you...", because he just couldn't believe that Laois either threw away his sword or kept around a monster sword (it isn't clear how much he realized at that moment).

We are so excited too!! We wont be able to react to ep 12 and post it right away because Andrew is getting married! We will have some other content. But after that week we will be back to this amazing anime! -Leon.

Yeah pretty much almost all of fantasy you see in anime have lord of the rings influenced. Tolkien pretty much changed fantasy forever.

I know 😭 unfortunately with the wedding I won’t be able to watch. Possibly next Thursday we can do both of the episodes. We do still have other shows coming but since no DnD we there’s nothing to watch - Andrew
