I miss Shane so much I'm always going back and watching seasons 1 and 2 just for his scenes

Shane was a Great character. I liked him very much.

It wasn't a Downfall.. he learned how to survive in the apocalypse..

+Brandon Snipez don't think so... good leader... but he couldn't kill everyone in the group but maybe left them and go anywhere else with Lori and Carl so he can do things without the humanity the Rick's group always wanted to have but now they don't

Isn't it ironic how things change? Seasons later, Rick is plotting to take over Alexandria, he's kissing another man's wife, he's killing people left right and centre... Shane was just a few seasons short of seeing what Rick would become. Him

lori stuffed up there friendship , without her he would probley still be alive fighting side by side with rick

One of the best characters ever. To bad he got killed of early would’ve loved to see him later in the seasons gong against the governor,terminus,,The saviors, the whispers man so much potential.

The problem I have is most think he is bad because he loved Lori and Carl, yet he did things to keep them alive while Rick was in a coma Shane seen the military come threw and kill civilians. He told Otis he was sorry & shot him for he could save Carl he didn't do it because he wanted to kill him but he sac him for Carl. Shane told Rick over and over that life now was different you have to make tough choices in who lives and dies to protect the group. Rick now gets Shane a little to late Lori, Carl are now dead which we could argue all day both might be still alive if Shane had there backs because Shane would of died first before allowing either to die yet Rick still alive and kicking !

This is really great. Not many really acknowledge or mention how Shane started off as trying to do the right thing. I blame Lori for screwing with his head. Its funny cause Rick this season is doing stuff that Shane would have done.

Exactly. I honestly think the only reason Lori existed was to either be helpless and hypocritical or to cause strife between the two of them. Rick finally saw how messy she was though, because in the episodes leading up to her death he wanted nothing to do with her.
